Hidden gem if you love sour and spicy but I died a little from the spice. Service was nonexistent; we needed more napkins to deal with the spice but it was impossible to flag down the server.

I are here for several years. They use to use real chinese rice noodles. Thick like Italian nodles. Now they use southeast dried noodles, insulting. This is lime using basmati rice instead of Japanese rice for sushi.

The server kept asking my white kids if they need forks. I am from Thailand. I taught them to use chipsticks at three years old. The old man persisted to ask me of we needed forks….

This type of questioning over and over again displays chinese Racism. This questioning lasted at LEAST ten times. “Do you need forks?” My response, “No, only chopsticks.” My six year old daughters have used cholsticks since they were four years old.

Soup was okay.

Racist chinese

I been going to this restaurant for years, because I’m a woman was born in Changsha of Hunan in China. So I missing my home town flavor’s..so this place hit my nostalgia’s spot, so I go very often even the owner/ servers not that friendly. But last time I was there ,there is an ant in the soup, bye the lady of the house wanna argue about it. So I just paid the bill and left ..WILL NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Can safely say this is the best rice noodle in town. Very authentic human mifen. The owner is friendly and helpful. Ask for none spicy dishes if you can’t handle spicy food.

Nice little place for some after work dinner.
Tried Stewed Beef Brisket and Stir Fried Pork Stomach. Liked the latter better but the former was fine as well.

MUST TRY THEIR “rice noodle”!!! Because only this restaurant has this type of noodle (Changsha Rice Noodle).

Pros:
– rice noodles ( I come here only want to eat their noodles! With lots of vinegar in the soup ! My fav ways to eat it!!)
– their spicy sauce is very spicy  love it
– cook fast

Cons:
– their toppings ( 码子/臊子) on the noodles are not good enough for their noodles. (The meat (beef most of the time) is too dry, often stuck in my teeth). It can be better!!!
Hope they can have ( pepper pork) or (celery beef) or (pork feet) toppings then I will def love it more

Overall, if u are craving for this type of rice noodles come here and eat! If u want strong Hunan favor noodle can try “Hunan Mifen ” at Sunnyvale. Their fav pretty dope, but their noodles can’t beat “Yum Noodle” in my opinion lol
