I actually thought this was really pretty good. It’s a very nice setting, a lot of variety of offerings, and the wait staff were fantastic. I got burrata with the focaccia which was really tasty and fresh. My daughter got fish and chips which was average, to above average. We also ordered the Black Magic smoothie which was a little sour and they quickly replaced it without even being asked to the Blueberry one.

Perhaps one of the worst breakfasts ever–I had the Mexican–there were no pancakes or healthy options (including Regular Coke) at the time. Someone who saw my food being served exclaimed , “That looks horrible.”  It was!  The Mexican Embassy should file an official protest to rename this menu item.  Calling this menu item a Mexican breakfast is a slur on all  Mexican people.

ABSOLUTLEY GROSS! Vey disappointed that the food was so gross. Click the photo below to see the breakfast we ordered. Picked around it and tried to eat at least a little bit, but I had to stop due to the meat being cold and the food just tasting like it was literally frozen and heated up. Very upset because this hurt my stomach during the flight. Service is alright, nothing stellar. Overall my experience here was absolute trash! Wish I could give this no stars! Not cooked properly and very cold.

Had breakfast at this place during a lay over in London.   I’m lost for words because the place and menu look very pleasing.   But order the classic breakfast.   And was much to be desired.  Sooo disappointed and left hungry because I couldn’t eat/enjoy much of it.   The hash brown was from frozen batch, eggs were runny, baked beans just plopped on the sides, spreading all over the rest of the food, bacon was soggy, must I go in.  Well the toast was ok.   The staff was very friendly though.   Since it was very early many of the other places were not open yet.  So if you can wait it out, please do.  So many other better places to eat

Ate here before flying back to the states. Thought the food was really solid but the service was incredibly slow. Had some chicken quesadillas that were on point and a generous portion. Price was pretty reasonable too for an airport restaurant. You’d probably be hard pressed to find a better airport spot.

TERRIBLE service!!! While we were waiting to be seated, I told the waiter multiple times that we had three people. He gave us a table of two and argued with us that we hadn’t tell him.

Let me start, service by the wait staff was great. Super friendly woman helped us out, so that’s a plus. But hosts were standing in a circle laughing and talking, we waited and waited until my sister said “excuse me could we get a table”, they turned, laughed, “sorry, important joke, how many? Ok just go over there”. Lmao ok. Thanks.

Then, the food. If you have taste buds you’ll think this food is a disgrace to other cultures. Their Mexican breakfast (aka Huevos Rancheros) came with chorizo that was in salami form? Very dry tortillas and,…. parsley…. Same went for the pad Thai, which obviously should have cilantro or as Europeans call it, coriander, as a seasoning. (important to note is that it says coriander on their menu, perhaps the chefs here are not sure what the difference is) Parsley, is well, not fitting.

Long story, go to anywhere else and spend less money! 🙂

I used to like this place when I’d fly through Heathrow but was very disappointed at my last visit. PROS: staff were nice and courteous (although they did give away my table after I told the waitress I had to use the restroom. Came back after 2 mins with no table) Nice dining area for solo travelers. CONS: English breakfast was not delicious. The sausages were over-fried and a bit tough. They pretty much stuffed everything in ONE small plate so there were barely any room for anything and my plate did not look pretty. Soda was too expensive. I asked for a refill and it totaled about £7 for probably one can of coke. My total came to about £20 and I was not even full. The person next to me ordered pad Thai and it looked anemic because it was so pale. If you’re craving for breakfast, I’d skip this place and instead try for EAT or LEON downstairs since they both pretty much have the same quality but cheaper prices.

Our service was abysmal. Our waitress didn’t look at us once, made only sounds for us to give her our order and returned one time after we received our food. Really, barely even a sentence. The food itself was just okay. We wanted to order other food but after trying to get her attention twice, didn’t bother again.

Such a cute and amazing place! They have a great kids menu, and are very kid friendly. They have a lighted table that the kids enjoyed. I had the Moroccan Breakfast and kids had bacon and eggs with baked beans and a croissant. We ordered coffee and it was a large size as well. The food tasted amazing and so did the coffee. The service was very friendly.  The kids enjoyed the take-away gifts which were classy (a foldable binocular, and an activity book on a lanyard. There was a monocular at the table looking out of the airport as well. They even had great music playing. Brilliant setup! Way to be customer conscious.
