Great wingstop! Manager Marilyn is so kind and nice and always help out the workers are kind and the food is always good! They never forget one single ranch at all!! And the food comes out even earlier which is great ! Food 9/10, wait 9/10 and worker 9.5/10 !
Not sure what happened to this location. I used to go here all the time pre-covid and no issues whatsoever. This time I immediately regretted ordering from here as soon as i walked in to pick up my order. Door was filthy. Flies flying around in the lobby. Food droppings on the floor. Puddle of water sitting in the middle of lobby with caution sign. Dirty tables. Filthy condiment stations overflowing with trash. Disgusting soda fountain that hasn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. Place was empty just about and there were a few employees working. Someone could’ve been tidying up the place. Poor management obviously.
I normally don’t like to share negative shares, but I have to on this one to aware others.

If I could give this location no stars. I would! I’m not one to complain what so ever. However right off the bat, the girl who answered the phone was rude, didn’t have patience while we put in our order… mind you it was 10PM, they didn’t close till 12. Walk in and she’s wiping her nose and hands us our food. We get home and begin to take the food out and that’s when we notice our wings had no sauce, I couldn’t even believe the sh*t i was seeing. Half naked wings lol. We began to eat and that’s when we noticed we had reheated or refried wings. So stale as well as the fries. As if they stuck them in the microwave…..they definitely were not fresh…. Only good thing about the food was she gave me an extra ranch lol. Definitely love the Ross location way better however this location is now closer to me. I was just really tired from work and didn’t want to cook for my bf and I do we decided to get wingsrop. This location needs a lot of coming up to do.
Order over the phone was told 30 mins, I understand they were busy but and overloaded with calls but when they have you order out I the rack and don’t call you name and when you ask them how long they can’t find the order waited another 20 mins and finally they give me the bags of the rack which where there since the beginning and now all the food is cold. They also mixed the 2 orders one atomic wings and the other lemon pepper now my 4 year old can’t eat her wings.
Ordered wings with ranch. They wanted us to pay for the ranch that comes with the meal so I got to pay almost 5$ for ranch

Got home food cold fries cold. I will not go back here
The wings were good. I asked for flats but they gave me drums for some. The fries were over cooked a lot and crunchy.
Super bad customer service. I have never in my life been treated the way that they treated me here this Wingstop is really bad. They act like we need them but yet we’re giving them the money? The customer service sucks big time. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Last 4 orders horrible. Kept hoping it would get better. Called and spoke to a manager who really told me “yea on the weekends our wings suck. Sometimes during the week they are better!” I was like wtf! Our wings have been hard, burnt, dry. Fries ask for extra seasoning they put even less than normal. Corn is so overdone it is like trying to eat plastic. I have decided it worth ordering from. Downtown location is amazing even Town East location is better. But this one on Northwest Hwy is disgusting and they know it just don’t give a damn.
this wing stop is a whole joke. they touch their food with their bare hands and management is terrible. everybody f*cks everybody too so if you’re gonna work there get ready for some juicy drama between these teenage girls and 20 year old dudes. the manager is a big b*tch with zero empathy for others. he constantly makes fun of customers with the employees, i would know because i worked there. other than that, fries are bomb as shit.
