Both times that we ordered over $70 worth of food and drinks the first time they forgot all of our drinks the second time they delivered it at the wrong house and Wingstop got all the drinks wrong
Every time I order from here something is always missing, the order is incorrect or the food is cold. When I call, the cashiers are rude. They hang up and don’t fix the issue. I love their wings but the customer service sucks!
The store was not even closed yet. I arrived about 30 mins prior to closing and they had already cleaned out all their grills and were not serving. Is this normal for Wingstop to stop serving 30 mins prior to closing? Also, when entering the cooks in the back were just staring and one had the audacity to say rude things as if I couldn’t hear him. Not coming back to this place.
Compared to the other Wingstop’s in town this one may be the best location we’ve attended. Wait time are expected on busy nights but this location handles it much better than others. There staff is usually consistent and there’s also familiar faces. At other locations you might have to catch the right people working that day to get decent food but this location it doesn’t really matter. The only complaint would be the ice machine doesn’t create ice but I was told it’s out of there control and a part is on back order so I understand. They offered a cold bottled drink as a replacement. Definitely will be back to this location before attending any other.
Wingstop is wingstop, but the staff sets this place apart. We ordered the dry Cajun rub wings and they did not disappoint. The staff was patient when I asked questions, prompt with food preparation and friendly. I made a mistake with ordering fries on the app and the employees rectified the matter, without exasperation. Thanks Wingstop employees. Management should do all they can to retain such fine employees.
I’ve ordered from this location multiple times hoping the result would be different but that just hasn’t been the case. The last time I ordered online, when I arrived, I learned that my meal was given away to someone else… so waiting for my meal again was unpleasant.
However, my most recent trip was as per the usual result, nice staff but the food is lacking in flavor, seasoning, or sauce more often than not.
This wing stop is slow as fuck and nasty . The staff are very rude and lazy as shit . I waited almost a hour for wings and they came out gross af with no sauce . This wing stop Needs to Be shut down
Service was bad. The girl with the glasses kept knit picking at other customers in the store. She was saying very rude passive aggressive comments to me about them. Loud enough for everyone in the store to listen.
Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star, even though they deserve 0. I don’t even know where to start. I thought I lived in America, not Nazi Germany, yet here we are.
I placed an order online and of course it wasn’t ready when I came to pick it up. Typical for any Wingstop. I was greeted by some rude woman who instantly asked if I had a mask. Um, that’s a hard no. Not only because I like fresh oxygen, but also because I have asthma. That wasn’t good enough. She said I needed to wait outside then. In the 40 degree weather. I asked for my drinks to fill them up and was met with you guessed it, more rudeness. This employee reluctantly gave me the soda cups. Then the ice machine didn’t work, but she couldn’t be bothered, because I’m not a sheeple like her.
So I waited outside for my food that was cold, even though it supposedly wasn’t ready when I arrived. Then I watched all of the employees who were cooking and weren’t wearing their masks over their mouth and noses. I’m all for breathing fresh air and oppose masks, especially since they finally admitted they don’t work, but don’t tell me to wear one, be rude and have terrible customer service but then excuse the same behavior for your employees.
This was the first and last time I’ll visit this location. The only reason I did was because the wait time at other locations was twice as long. Lesson learned. Each time I’ve been to other locations they seem to employ more intelligent people that know what a medical exemption is and aren’t inconsiderate assholes.
Once again, this is America, and my rights SHALL NOT be infringed upon.
P.S. Wings don’t taste good when commies sell them
Food is always great, The have such a friendly staff. Everytime i go the food is always hot and delicious
