WORST SERVICE EVER~!! Foor is good – but the people who answer the phone are beyond rude. Waiting over one hour for delivery – now after I have called twice and I can see the order on Seamless saying it in in process – and she is telling us that we never placed the order! Huh? What ever happened to the customer is always right? HORRIBLE way to deal with a customer!! Rude, nasty, and wrong. I will NEVER order from them again!!!
I would highly recommend this location for the good service and delicious authentic food. The decor is really nice and inviting.
Tri Dim is definitely one of the fancier Chinese restaurants in NYC. The interior is clean and modern. I have only dined in a few times, as I usually do take out, but the food and service are consistently good. Lunch specials are solid, especially the Mapo Tofu and chicken dishes. I recommend this place if you are looking for high quality Chinese fare.
Not only did I have red wine but I also had a variety of food which was delicious!!!

Because I complained about my delivery that things were missing and one dish was very bad and I never heard anything from business!
Ordered for delivery today, I had the prawns with lobster sauce and some noodles, the food was ok, prawns were actually shrimp, small portions, I mean really small tapas sized paid $48 for 2 dishes. When I loooked at the bill they charged me a extra 3% for using a credit card, they never Said anything about this, also it is illegal per section 518 of the general business law for any business in New York to do this. I guess they want cash so they can evade paying taxes. I’m sure the department of taxation will take some interest in this business when i report them. I will never order from this over priced rip off restaurant again. I suggest you skip this place as well, it is a average run of the mill Chinese restaurant that practices illegal business measures. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS.
I found this place on Yelp and was very grateful to get some delicious takeout. We ordered pork buns, steamed shrimp dumplings, sautéed vegetables and chicken with 3 nuts. Prices were a little high but portions size was okay and taste was great.
My favorite Chinese place in manhattan. I always get the General Tso’s tofu and the vegetable lo mein. Can always count on it being perfectly made.
