Very disappointing visit today.
Order eggs over medium, got eggs barely cooked.
No offer too make things right

This was my first time dining here. I always hear people talk about the towne but never thought to go. The food was decent enough, I wasn’t a fan of the service but my food was okay. I also got a chicken wing dip to go which wasn’t good at all.

Served me raw chicken soulvaki. Served my sister greasy fries and fingers.  Gross never again.

We went here to experience a different kind of breakfast; and it was absolutely amazing. The food, the service, everything! We tried the Greek (chicken lemon) soup; sound a bit strange for breakfast but it worked really well! We also tried the souvlaki and eggs! A treat! It came with feta and tzatziki; paired beautifully. If you’re up for an alternate breakfast, this is the place! I did notice they serve regular breakfast too, if that’s what you’re after. A must visit location in Buffalo!

The food was awesome. The service exceptional. I ordered cornbeef hash with over easy eggs and potatoes for breakfast. Mary the server had a great personality, very attentive. She also gave me some great suggestions for touring the city. This will be my go to place for Sunday breakfast while I’m in town. I’ll soon try lunch and dinner.

I went to this place with my girlfriend one sunday morning on a whim; and we were both pleasantly surprised with how good everything was!

the menu has plenty of options. even for relatively picky-eaters. breakfast always sounds good, so i got the corned beef hash and 2 fried eggs. I’m glad i did, that was one of the best breakfasts i have had in years.

atmosphere-wise, the place was quite busy and was operating close to capacity. the turnaround time between being seated, ordering, and being served were fairly quick.

It is, however, a little expensive; our bill came to $32.25 for corned beef hash, coffee, home fry bowl, and a side of bacon. the serving sizes are generous. the food is great. i will go back! THANK YOU!

The stuffed french toast was amazing! Unfortunately it was so big it was the only thing I ate so I will have to be back!

The restaurant has nice big windows, it’s spacious, and the staff is nice and fast. I went there for Brunch during the week.

The town in the 70s and 80s used to be the best place to go for breakfast and late night dinner I’m sitting here now in 2021 and the prices are high it’s not worth at the foods not good.

So clean and tidy, great service and delicious food. Now I know what everyone is talking about this long-time Buffalo staple. Run don’t walk to enjoy a meal here at Elmwood and Allen to the Towne Restaurant!

Delicious, fresh food and excellent, friendly service.  A childhood pal and I stopped in for a casual dinner before an event at Kleinhans last night.  We both ordered the same thing: Mediterranean Lunch Souvlaki.  Think of it as an assortment of vegetarian delights:  Greek salad, falafel, two piquant stuffed grape leaves, and a serving of spanakopita.  Diet Pepsi or Diet Coke refills were frequently replenished.  There were leftovers for breakfast today.  I used to dine here in the 80s and it’s been at least 15 years since my last visit.  I would happily have lunch at Towne today.
