So happy to stumble upon Town Hall! There are so many reasons to love this restaurant. My chopped salad was fresh and incredible. My boyfriend’s chicken and portobello sandwich was equally tasty. I’m not sure what secret ingredient is in the tater tots but it may be something addictive because I can’t wait to get them again! Add on the reasonable prices, extensive beer list, and the quick and friendly service, you just can’t go wrong with Town Hall!
Nice “sports bar” and restaurant offering the usual pub fare including nachos, wings, burgers and a nice selection of beers on tap, including several local NC beers. There were also several canned options. I had the loaded bacon cheese fries and the dry rub wings seasoned with Old Bay. Both were delicious. Service was very good even though they were very busy. I also noticed a nice selection of outdoor seating. Highly recommend.
The best part of THB was the server we had. She was very nice. I ordered pickle chips which were pretty decent, shrimp and fries. The shrimp had a very odd taste and the dried tasted old and cold so I sent them back and didn’t want anything else. The manger came out and told me he tried them and nothing was wrong with the shrimp or the fries. I didn’t argue. I just said ok but I still didn’t want them or the fries. My husband ordered the Mac and cheese burger. He loves burgers but he didn’t even finish that one. Mac and cheese was horrible, bread was wet and soggy, he asked for a well done patty and got a rare one so that had to go back as well. We decided that would be our first and last time there. One burger and a drink… $30? No thanks
Thankful for the other good reviews since I was traveling through and looking for food. Decided to stop by and glad I did. Burgers are amazing. I had the mac and cheese burger which to my surprise had fried mac and cheese. Delicious. Wife had the western burger and it was juicy and great too. Friendly staff even when it was very busy. Will definitely stop by again next time we are up that way. I wanna try the lamb burger they have next.
Not only was there a great selection of beers here but the food was absolutely ON POINT. Hands down best burger I’ve had from a restaurant. Gotta recommend the Tar Heel Burger that I had, it was so good. The picture I have of the fried pickles is after we ate half of it already, the order is HUGE. If you like spicy ask for some of the habanero sauce. All in all, what a gem. Very tasty place and good beers, good service.
A great selection of burgers and beers! I love their Turkey burger, which comes served on Naan, with a creamy yogurt sauce and julienned onions. This place is also clearly also one of the best places to grab food near the Streets of Southpoint/Southpoint mall.
Really hit the hamburger spot! I had the California hamburger and it was truly delicious. Portions were giant, but I ate it all because I couldn’t stop eating it!
A great place, with excellent food, courteous staff and a great atmosphere. The three of us had a salad and two burgers. They were all excellent, my macaroni and cheese burger especially. They have both indoor and outdoor dining, lots of parking, and a separate area as a bar.
Service was great! Friendly and wonderful staff. The food, however, was just ok. The fries were a little over down, maybe the oil was over heated or they were left in for too long. Likewise, the black bean burgers fell apart and was mushy. I’d try one of their other plant based burgers next time.
First timers!! Came out of the Streets of Southpoint because there was over an hour wait anywhere there and went here. We didn’t know what to expect, but there’s an expansive menu, which was impressive. I had the 5oz Perfect Burger, and trust me, it was perfect. My man had the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich. We also ordered fries and buffalo wings. Everything was excellent. The BBQ seemed a mixture of regular sauce and Carolina vinegar style ( I dislike vinegar). This sandwich was the bomb and a perfect mixture! If you like wings, get theirs. They have a hefty, hefty amount of meat on them. No chicken littles here! And the fries!!! Oh my gosh, they’re so good, we couldn’t stop eating them. It gets pretty busy here, so get here early!
