I typically come in and order the seabass ceviche, which I typically love until Yesterday. I understand the concept of being raw fish, but this time around the fish was a little fishy for my liking. I came for my birthday. The service was great! I actually love this place, but yesterday was a little disappointing!
Good food and atmosphere. Only giving it 3 stars just because it’s overpriced, but def worth a visit.
Legit and solid food. We shared truffle fries and lobster elotes. Fries were fries, typical but the lobster elotes was delicious. Could use more corn but it was still good. Service was tad bit slow but we did come in during busy time, Saturday night. I got the white prawns and by the time we shared the multiple appetizers, I was over eating. It was so much food so you definitely get what you pay for.
We also got the cuatro cake and it was not good. Flavor just wasn’t there and it was sooooo creamy. Ambiance was nice, typical Dallas young professional crowd

Good atmosphere here and a bevy of tequila to whet your palate. But they don’t have any flour tortillas. Why?
10/10 experience top to bottom. Andre made sure we were attended to at all times and made sure we didn’t wait for anything. Cannot stress how well he took care of us and we will be back solely because of him.
This restaurant can get 10/5 stars solely for the service, staff is pleasant, classy, always there but not annoyingly. Exceptional service, very very impressed

The service was extremely attentive and the atmosphere is different than anything in Dallas. The food was out of this world from the hamachi appetizer to the jumbo prawns and rib cap steak, I will recommend The Mexican to everyone!
Last minute change of plans. Friends joining us for dinner. Oh no! We had reservations for two at one of Dallas most desirable restaurants. Fortunately, the staff were able to accommodate us and what could have been a disappointing evening worked out well. That said, plan your visit early and explore the menu. Plan to try the crispy pork belly and the more adventurous try the lobster elotes. The menu doesn’t disappoint with delicious offerings in beef and seafood. If you’re lucky Ralph will recommend a cocktail (take his advice). Jeff’s professionalism and courtesy will humble you. Savor the energy and intense dedication to excellence. Already planning our next visit.
The Mexican was fantastic! I loved the atmosphere, food, and service. We had a great time and will definitely be returning!
