Relatively new spot walkable from downtown princeton. I really like the outdoor seating space and as an added bonus – they are dog friendly! The service was good and the food was fine: we came for brunch and I was craving a good omelette but settled for a meeting house plate. It was yummy but I wish the dish had some veggies or fruit to make it less heavy. Other members of my group enjoyed the food but none of us were absolutely wowed or anything. Overall, average food and nice ambiance for brunch.

Food was kind of disappointing but awesome place to have drinks. Great ambience and I like the interior of this restaurant. Please watch my YouTube video or IG reels for more details.

Great brunch spot, big portions of food and lots of great drink/cocktail options. The blueberry pancakes were so soft and fluffy. The huevos rancheros had great flavor and included 2 sunny side up eggs on a bed of beans.

Went for dinner for the first time and started with  the charcuterie and cheese board minus the charcuterie.  It was a nice selection of cheese along with olives and a blackberry jam. Fresh bread was also brought out to start and that was also good. For the main entree I had the seared salmon but had them put it on one of the salads. The salmon was cooked perfectly and  the portion size was also a good amount. In addition to the food being very good, the service was also excellent. Our waiter (I think his name was Jaysin?) was really great and very personable. Great food and great service made for a really good night out. Can’t wait to go back.

Good but not great. We came for Sunday brunch. Service was kind of slow, and the food was either great or just ok. We shared the biscuits which were delicious. I got the Shrimp

It’s hard not to like this place but I’ll try. At least on this occasion, sleek modernism can’t make up for send out a search party service and their signature fried chicken entrée that tasted like it came off a TV Dinner tray in 1966. I expect more when I’m paying through the nose and other assorted orifices. There will be a next time because, I like the place. Swanson anyone? I’m heating up the toaster oven. Two (temporary) stars.

It was our first time coming here, and the overall experience was okay. We arrived at the restaurant at 4:00 but were told that only the bar was open and that the kitchen wasn’t going to be open until 4:30. Google says that the restaurant opens at 4:00, so they should specify what time the bar and the kitchen opens unless they just expect people to know. As we waited for the kitchen to open, we sat at a table and expected someone to at least offer us a drink menu. There were two or three people at the bar that the bartender was chatting with and serving, but he nor anyone else didn’t think to ask if we wanted anything to drink at the moment. But after a little while, we did receive some drinks that were pretty good.

As for food were ordered calamari, margarita flatbread, and a burger (I forgot the exact name of it). The food was good, yet there wasn’t anything special about it, and for the menu to be so small, we expected more flavor. The flatbread and the calamari didn’t come out as hot as we would have liked them to, matter of fact, the flatbread wasn’t even warm. We also ordered biscuits and the baked apple. Let me tell you, the biscuits were not it. They were very dry and bland and not even that warm. The was a little pile of salt on the top of them that didn’t serve much of a purpose besides giving you a mouth full of saltiness. However, the baked apple seemed to be the best thing out of it all. Finally, as for service, we would have wished that our server would check on us more. There were multiple times when we had to look for our waitress and call for her.

All in all, drinks and decor were good, but food was very bland and not all that. I would give it a 2.5 if I could.

My intent is not to leave a negative review, just want to share honest facts for the audience. I came here with my family for brunch one day and we ordered a few rounds of drinks and multiple dishes to share.

The drinks were all very good, I got the espresso martini which was tasty, some people had a Paloma which they also thoroughly enjoyed. No complaints for the drinks all around, I would come back here strictly for drinks if needed in the future.

For the food, the avocado toast was probably the best thing on the menu, along with the pancakes, for which we got a Nutella and blueberry side for (I’d recommend these two items if you’re visiting this establishment).

What I really didn’t appreciate was any side of potato that came with any dish was completely raw, as in the potato had not cooked, even thought it was supposed to be. The beans in the heuvos rancheros were also similar. Upon bringing it up to the server they told us these were “supposed to be that way” which if it is true, seems like it would upset someone’s stomach.

I appreciate the time and energy put into making our meal and serving us, it was just difficult to enjoy when the food wasn’t thoroughly cooked, unfortunately.
