The Draft Sports Bar & Grill

I went to the draft around Christmas time. There was a woman named Crystal who was working there. I asked Crystal where Charlie is, Charlie was a former coworker who works at the casino where the drafts located. Crystal replied I’m busy I don’t know who f****** Charlie is. I spoke to the manager who pretty much said what do you want me to do about it. I filed a complaint with my phone number and have yet to hear back horrible service.

Simple and yet great food choices. Food is hot and tasty. I had the hook and it wasn’t as spicy as the first time I had it but still quite delicious.

We came here Thursday night football. They had fun games to play to win prizes. People who left early would pass their tickets on to the next table.

Great service and great food! Would highly recommend eating here. Lots of TVs and beer choices. Loved it.

Wow, we decided to give it a try one more time.  So glad we did.  They have always had good service and drinks but we swore this place off because of the food.  Since the last time we were here it seems they have paired down the menu.  I had a really great taco salad and I tend to be nervous ordering them but this was really good.  Hubby had ribs, his response, wish there was a couple more.  A must try is the watermelon lemondrop dannngggg!!!  Savage was our server and dont let the name fool ya she was and sweetheart and excellent server.  We will be back!!

My husband and I used to come here quite a bit, the service was always great…. until they had a mass staff turn over and seemed to struggle finding people who provide exceptional service, we stopped coming in to give them a chance to work out the bugs again. Now when you visit your experience varies depending on your server, for example last night was amazing our server hollie was friendly, provided great service and made us feel comfortable and welcome even though she was clearly busy, she took time to visit with us and ensure that our food even my picky husbands was up to our standards and that we were enjoying our evening, that is how service should be. Now on other visits over the past few months I have had different experiences and it all seems to be based around the server and how much they care, last week we had a young Asian girl (did not catch her name) who just told us what she thought we should order without our asking and then brought our food out and it was wrong, my husband is a very picky eater when I mentioned there was still grilled onions on his burger she looked confused and told me that’s how it comes, okay, my husband picked at his food and she kind of forgot about us then asked us to leave her a nice review when she brought the check (can you say tacky) I’ve had other waitresses who make inappropriate comments about things of the sexual nature, and ones who dont even seem to know we’re there or roll their eyes at our requests, even had one that added a tip herself and I double checked the menu fine print it says 8 or more get 18% added to check and there was only 6 of us (shorter blondish hair, scowling face, I should have written a review after that happened so I could remember her name, will add if we get her again) there is about 3 awesome servers there right now, I miss not having to worry about that, the food is great and so is the atmosphere, when you get the right server, so if you go and get a great server like we did last night (hollie) then you will have an amazing time! The management should really look at the way other members of the staff conduct themselves.
