I drove over an hour to this place. After arriving they did not have my food prepared and they kept saying it was being packed up for 20 minutes straight.  I get home with the food (and I am an hour away mind you) and the order was incorrect. They left off my chicken and they charged me for it. Also my 2nd meal was not as described.  I requested a refund, but much like money hungry people in this world and restaurants they do not put any care into customer service for guest and they denied my request.  I did not even eat the food and I took pictures of it.  I would have taken it back, but I was too far at that point. I called them and they even told me to mail it back? How up-surd it that. Then they also tell me no management is onsite. Who operates like this?  I will boycott this place. Also I wonder how the person on the other side of the phone or the workers would feel if their pay was deducted from the treatment they provided. I bet they would think twice and have more consideration. When it’s not them, they clearly don’t care. Well KARMA restaurant!!

Best curry meal ever. Customer service excellent 10 out of 10. My panang curry was presented with aromas and taste that was savory all in your mouth.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants! Highly recommend to get the Tum Yum soup with half veggies and half tofu to start 🙂 the workers are all so lovely and helpful!

Perfectly scrumptious as always!
Wonderful service, clean welcoming atmosphere and great Thai food. I love the eggplant dish. My daughters love the pad Thai. The Thai tea is fantastic. Everything we have tried we loved. And everyone we have recommended this place to has become repeat customers like ourselves.

The resturant is pretty. Thats about it. The food is not traditional Thai food. Pay a lot for no taste. Whoever is keeping them in business does not know thai food.

Not the best food or service. I was with a large party and they served us cold food. Cute establishment!! I would not necessarily go back but it’s very pretty and affordable.  Appetizers are great though!!!

I ordered takeout from Thai Square. I ordered the Thai shrimp fried rice which was super flavorful with nicely cooked vegetables and a proportionate amount of shrimp. I was impressed and shared the dish with my husband who claimed to leave me half in the container but when I opened it there was only a few bites left! I guess that means he liked it too, huh!? Lol

Others in our group got the duck and mentioned it was good but a tad over cooked. And another ordered the fried wontons, which I heard no complaints about.

Overall, I would definitely be back and would love to sit inside in order to get a better feel of the establishment and the service they provide in house.

No. Just, no. Horrible service. Inconsistent food quality and cleanliness is sketchy.

Had to check out this local Thai spot right around the corner of my new neighborhood in the shopping center off Westridge and Battleground (same shopping center as Kohls and next to Sprouts with its own huge parking lot). I ordered takeout which was easy just calling in since they have their menu online and only took 15-20 minutes until pick up.

When you walk in, they didn’t have an actual host stand for pick up so you have to go thru the restaurant at a back table which is fine and the teenager (assuming family) helping was so friendly and had everything ready for me. Multiple people checked to make sure I was helped as well. Inside decor is absolutely adorable – all looks new, clean and so chic – such a nice welcoming aesthetic with great lighting and plenty of indoor seating.

I ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken (because I LOVE wide noodles) and the crispy rolls to try! It was a healthy serving – had over multiple meals with the noodles and crispy rolls however I was a bit disappointed in the food – it was lacking flavor in the noodles as if it didn’t absorb the stir-fry sauce well enough but from my picture you can see the sauce was pretty runny/watery. I had to doctor it up quite a bit with TJs Soyaki sauce and sriracha just to enjoy the noodles/chicken (which was also bland). The crispy rolls were cooked well and definitely crispy but again the sauce it came with (a Thai chili sauce) had an extremely odd flavor – almost a strong cleaning/soap flavor so after one dip, I stopped eating it and dipped my rolls in a soy sauce/sriracha/garlic pepper mix I made instead.

Even though the food wasn’t as great as I had hoped, the customer service, pricing for the portion and welcoming aesthetic of the restaurant itself was above average so I’ll definitely go back to try something else like the basil chicken or kung pao just not their pad see ew!

Thai food cravings are so hard to shake. Looking around I decided to closed my eyes and point to Google maps X marks my finger. Anyway, I ended up at Thai Square. I was very excited about trying different Thai cuisine food. The restaurant has a nice soft decor touch love it. I started with the Thai steamed dumplings. They’re very yummy has a slight savory dipping sauce and the delicious dumplings are meaty making it hard to resist. Hmm, 4.7 stars out of 5.
Next, was the timing of my entrée that came out the same time my main dish appeared it completely drained the moment of excitement, as I watched my main dish steaming away while eating dumplings. My main dish was Kung Pao chicken. It was delicious and well seasoned, veggies are sliced perfectly the ratio is nice.  No heat in the dish or was I asked if I had a preference that was disappointing. My curiosity is a dish that usually has cubed chicken not shredded, veggies, missing dried chili peppers, peanuts and recooked in a slurry sauce is floating in a soupy tomato kinda broth? Its basically chicken veggie soup Thai style. Still curious while eating it I did my own quick research. Maybe, it is a Thai version of Kung Pao.
I couldn’t find one pic that looked like mine or an article matching what I’m seeing. No big deal just saying!!!  The Kung Pao was totally delicious even though it was not what I was expecting. Lol. 4.4 stars out 5. Also, I was never asked for a refill half way through the meal ugh. I still tipped more than 15% as usual. All in all 4.3 stars, I would definitely eat here again. Plenty of leftovers will be tomorrow’s lunch.
