I’ve been eating Taco Bell since the franchise first open in San Diego. I know it’s not real Mexican food. But the taste is what matters. I love the crispy tacos, especially the crispy taco supreme. And several of their burritos are great as well. My niece has an obsession with nacho cheese Doritos locos. Another thing I like which deserves mention, is that as drive-through’s go, Taco Bell’s prices are the most reasonable. I had to say I don’t understand all the negative reviews on Yahoo for this drive-through. Look at TripAdvisor. This Taco Bell gets a bunch of good reviews on TripAdvisor. 4.5 out of 5. Go figure. One other thing that deserves mention: the staff are friendly make iContact and smile. The atmosphere behind the counter is upbeat as well. When the staff is happy they do their work well!
The food taste good for fast food. The employees seemed friendly. The problem I have is being told that I can NOT order a particular item because it is only available via ” the app”. I’m running errands all day. I can barely remember my own name, and I am told with money in hand that I can NOT have a quesarito because they only sell those via app to promote the app. So, the corporation doesn’t seem to care for losing money if people don’t use the app all the time. Even thought they have the ingredients and are capable of making this they wouldn’t. Okay. What ever
We had ordered unsweetened tea, and first got a sweet tea, next when trying to get the unsweetened tea we some how got a sour one. Also disappointed in the food, I found a piece of hair in my food, and it is not mine cause I don’t have black hair nor does any of my family. Otherwise the rest of our food was spot on to the order.
I love Taco Bell and this location does not disappoint. Always good and sometimes great. A couple real hard chargers go the extra mile to make sure special orders are always perfect.
Worst service and a completely unprofessional manager at least the evening one with the awful multi colored hair that looked fried…basically said that ordering through the Taco Bell app was completely useless and that I would have to wait longer then the 30 minutes in line that I’d already waited as well as the 15 minutes after I placed the app order to even leave the house!! When I got to the window she said it had not been started and she would start it when she was ready…tried calling customer service but no one answered…worst Taco Bell ever!!
Very poorly managed. Customer in front of me had part of his order left
off. Had to return to the store to get it. My order was wrong. Not the tacos
that I ordered. This has happened several times. Not sure if it’s the system
they use to display orders or lack of training, but it’s annoying. Probably
won’t be back for a while.
Was not impressed with their restaurant. Very dirty, not much help but the staff was nice and my food didn’t take long. I’m guessing they just had a huge rush of people and short staffed?…
Been TRAPPED in their drive-thru (taco bell on knoxville in peoria il) for over half an hour (36 min)! Once you place an order, you are stuck. Can’t drive away. Seriously…what if I had an emergency? This is ridiculous! Horrible management I guess. I remember now why I stopped coming here. Not to mention they stole my credit card info one time a few years ago when I drove away from drive-thru at night and realized the chick never gave me my card back the next morning…suddenly one of their team members (though they wouldn’t admit it) decided to call and pay their Cilco bill, U.S. Cellular bill and some dept store bill with MY credit card. They (Taco Bell on Knoxville) told me the next morning that my card was there in their safe, so I was shocked the day after that I saw three transactions that came close to $900 on my bank account. Yeah…I’m so sure it was a coincidence. Whatever. My bank just reversed the charges, but still. How are they in business still? I feel bad for even supporting them with my late night craving tonight. The line didn’t seem long, but apparently it was over half an hour long. They should have given me my meal free! UGH! Then of course my order was not right. Whatever. ……Also, this app (YELP?) has horrible grammar! I don’t need to type every word perfect because I’m in a rush, but you are a well-known company and your app told me to “HOLD UP!…you need to write more than that”…or something. Really? HOLD UP? I’m not in the hood or in grade school. Even my son knows better than to talk to me like that. Use proper English! “Wait”…or “Hold on” at least! Not “hold up”…I would ground my teen if he ever told me to “hold up”…that’s so low class for a well-known app/company. Gross. “Hold up playa! Getcho axe back here fo real. Shooot…naw u di’int”
This place is awful ! Rude workers , takes 30 minutes just to get thru drive thru. I’m not sure if they need more workers there or they need better training but something needs to happen
Worst taco bell in the world. Staff members hate their jobs and it shows. Not friendly at all. They make u feel as if its a horrible thing that u walked in their store
