Lobby is always closed. They’re never open for the breakfast menu. Always short staffed. Staff is always rude or super short with you. DO NOT EVEN GO HERE! I wish I could give NO stars!  
Cmon Taco Bell! Do something about this location…..

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in America. The general manager (who refused to give her first name and claimed her staff doesn’t have name tags because they ‘respect employee privacy’) is completely unprofessional and indifferent. She also stated their lobby is closed due to being short staffed. Maybe she should do her job and hire more people so they’re not short staffed? She also claimed that her superior doesn’t have any professional contact information that she can provide. I think it’s more likely than not that their lobby is closed because they’re lazy and they don’t value their customer’s time by having everyone go through the drive thru. Taco Bell really needs to focus on hiring people who care and who aren’t so lazy.

Seriously. Pick a different Taco Bell. These guys are the worst. Couldn’t imagine a more terrible experience. Staff is the worst.

Okay guys this Taco Bell is awesome. First of all Gregg is the best person ever. Ever had and he 100% deserves a raise and a position raise. If Taco Bell sees this I hope you pay him extra money because he truly deserves it. I love all of you guys. Gregg is amazing. Amazing service

There’s a worker that’s in drive through who says he can’t hear well. I get that but when you ask if your orders complete and he says yes and you get all the way home to see nope he lied. I tried calling and phone rings and rings which he claims is broken. I don’t reccommend this place until they pull him off drive through. I raised my voice so he could hear me since I spoke clearly without my mask at order point.

In line far far too long. 20 minutes and I started out 3 cars back from order receiver. Also the customer service was comparable to a robot. Though the food had a very healthy amount of product and I received a lot of napkins and sauce packets

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION=Rude Service and Awful Food!
1) Missing food, no boxes for the $5 box deal yet charging $6.99 for them- so everything was thrown in a bag all mixed up, and the drinks were 3/4 full yet filled with 100% ice.
2) When given the bag at the drive-thru it didn’t look right so I nicely asked if they could double check. I was promised all was there and that they’re timed at the drive-thru so they need to keep it moving. I parked to double check myself, it was totally wrong and a mess so I came inside to get help since the drive thru was getting busy.
3) When I walked inside I was ignored by two employees sitting down and by other employees behind the counter, I know they saw me. Finally, after a long wait a manager appeared and in a raised voice said, how the hell did you get in here, we’re remodeling, we’re not open! I said, through the door- that it was unlocked and I saw no “closed” sign, what’s more your website showed the dining room is NOW open. I go on to say, in a nice way, that I’m here because my order is missing food and it’s a complete mess. He, than irritatingly said, well what’s missing! I said, I don’t know it’s all thrown in a bag, not boxed as advertised, and everything is in the same wrap and also unmarked (a pen is usually used to mark different items if wrapped the same.) Next, the manager says nothing and than just storms off. I see them fixing my order while the manager is talking shit to them that I’m in there. This is so disrespectful after I did nothing wrong- I just wanted my order fixed.
I never heard an apology this whole time but instead I was majorly disrespected by the manager’s behavior. He reprimanded the employees in the dining room to keep the door locked right in front of me which is super unprofessional. Now those employees hate me while giving me nasty looks… making things unnecessarily super awkward as I wait again. As mad as I became I remained cool and calm because I just wanted out of there for being so shockingly disrespected and my order being so completely messed up. I needed my order because others at home were depending on it.
4) I get home and I discovered a sloppy destroyed mess, the flour tortillas used had a weird hard-ish yet gummy texture and wrapped so loose the was food oozing out everywhere. The tacos were completely shattered to pieces way more than what’s normal of a crack or two- This had to be done on purpose!
I remained nice the whole time, I didn’t want any more problems or get my food messed with, which I think happened anyway- they’re just mad because I came inside, yet they’re the ones who made the multitude of mistakes! At home, an hour later, we both got sick causing us to both call out of work today. We only ate some of what we had last night because it just was off and not good-something was wasn’t right obviously. We were a bit afraid to eat it and we shouldn’t have. I’m banning this location and telling all my friends!

I wanted to try the grilled cheese burrito because I heard that it was good.
I was out shopping and this was the closest Taco Bell when it came to mind so I pulled in the drive-through.

always i like  taco  bell  and now days  you cant  come  in to  eat lunch  
the  whole  place is  locked  up  you have to walk around the  to the drive in window  and not safe  less you want to be  almost hit by a car and i wont be going back any  soon and  them lost  my business
