Great Japanese restaurant with some homestyle Japanese dishes. I got the chicken teri don and it was fantastic, will be back here again.
Took forever to flag down a waiter to take our order. 30 minutes afterwards, the same guy comes over to confirm what we wanted because he forgot to send the order to the kitchen. An eternity later we got one of the two items, but by the time the two of us finished the entire plate of food (which we didn’t initially plan to share), the same waiter comes over with the check to ask us for a card, apparently not noticing that HALF of what we ordered hadn’t even been served. We only ordered TWO items, I really don’t understand how that many things can go wrong. I’ve worked as a server before so I understand that mistakes happen, but the restaurant wasn’t even particular busy that day, so this perfect storm of questionable service is a little hard to overlook. Overall it was a pretty miserable experience.
very cozy and charming place! staff is always great. food is delicious and filling. a bit pricey, but definitely worth it! a nice chill place to have a nice meal.
Absolute gem! Suehiro never disappoints, I’ve been coming here for years now. Always get my Chicken Katsu. The kind of food that makes you happy!
Soooooo slow at food serving. I came here just for a simple lunch. Nobody wait at front. That’s good. But almost 1 HOUR waiting for food!!!!!. We are not the only waiting, our neighbor table has to take out instead of dining in. If you are running out of time. This is definitely not the place you want. Food is as normal as other ramen place. No surprise no blame.
Horrible service. Been here twice. We dined in the first time and the staff ignored us. The food was okay. The second time we gave it a try we ordered take out. The food was still only okay. They left our food ok the table for over 25 mins and kept telling us our food wasn’t ready but it was ready the whole time. Highly unprofessional people.
