I went through the drive through and saw the guy touching the money and register with the same gloves he used to make my food. I was disgusted but didn’t want to say anything until I got this. Not only does he not know how to change his gloves but can’t make a simple sandwich.

First off let me start by saying I don’t usually trash month people or companies on socai network unless they earn ***** or -****** So with that being said…
Really Subway  really?!?
1st- Subway Triana,   Subway makes a call ahead App so it is ready for you when you arrive. I spent the 10 minutes to place the order and another 10 minutes to drive there. My app showed in progress and it would be ready by 950pm Nope it was not given to us till 930pm.
2nd- you don’t call my name out at in the middle of a dark parking lot while you are taking a smoke break and say it will be ready in a few minutes. Creepy. (But I assumes there were others inside working- boy was I wrong)
3rd-not smart does the one who scared the crap out of me walk in after I pull up to the window this is I realized he was the one who was supposed to prepare my food prior to said smoke break (can’t 100% say he washed his hands. He went straight to making the sandwiches )and as now have been waiting 30 minutes for) The shock took a few seconds to wear off)
4th- what’s the point of a call ahead app if it still takes you 30 minutes to make it and you are the only customer there
5th- is there a reason why my kid’s sandwich’s were doused with a jar of mayo/ea when I requested light on both of the kids.
6th- why did my sandwich come with no mayo when I requested extra and the spinach was soggy.
And to to off my list
7th- why would you serve a nasty ol’ flat bread sandwich when it is already crusty and hard as a rock.  
I am going to struggle with coming back to this place. In fact the only reason I do come here is because it’s on way home from the soccer field and it’s a drive through. The food has never been the best and customer service in the evening hours are by par unappreciative. Pretty sure they are smoking something besides cigs. But it is close and I don’t have to get out of the car with 2 very very tired kids. But looks like between the wrong order last week and this disaster of a meal we will no longer be going to this one. I mean when you open the bag of your toasted food you would expect the aromas of yummy toasted food melted cheese and cooked meat. Nope it self like an ashtray. So I obviously know what packed the food. Why when you have many pieces to choose from you pick the driest and hardest and stalest bread you could find? The bread was hard as a rock and then when I still tried to give it a second chance and took a bit it all crumbled and tasted of very old and stale bread reflected the look of it. What gives. You are supposed to be healthy and full of great customer service and prefer not to inhale smoke from my food or the mouths and hands of the workers. Discussing is the best word to use. Lots a house of 4. Not only do I hope this goes to the office but also to the corporation. Places like this give good places a bad name. Love you Subway,hughes Rd  these people could take a lesson from you all.  Original order 6″ roasted chicken flatbread w AC, spinach, C,Gp,BP salt pepper and bacon. instead my bread was hard and tasted old, stale and it just crumbled in my mouth the spinach was moldy and the C were past there fresh date. Also it was chicken pieces, not a breast.

I went to the drive through to try to place an order.  The person said can you come in in the only one here.  I tried to tell here all I wanted was a drink and that I could not come in, but she would not respond to me so I guess she had already turned off the speaker.  She did not know if I was handicapped out not or elderly or not.  She should of had someone with her so she could handle the store.  Poor customer service.

First time at this location. Like the Subway on Jordan, it was a convenient drive-through. It’s in a quite location and doesn’t seem to get much traffic.  The stand-alone building is clean and welcoming.  The staff could’ve been more friendly, but they got the job done. Good place.
