I’m only giving two stars because of the sweet cashier. It was pretty busy, and she kept apologizing for the wait. It’s sad that people in the service industry have to apologize because others treat them badly for them busy…. Something they can’t control.
I don’t know how long it takes to take someone’s order from an empty parking lot, we waited ten minutes before someone even acknowledged us. After waiting thirty minutes for three shakes, an apple sauce, and a corn dog. We didn’t get any straws or spoons for our shakes, no condiments for the corn dog. There were at least three or four employees working. For “fast food” especially with most of the order being cold items, I am VERY disappointed in the customer service.
I give this sonic a 5 out of 5 stars because there staff is on point always fast,There Was one time I went with my sister and we ordered two slushies Medium but they didn’t have the medium cup so they gave us the large cup and filled it all the way to the top and STILL CHARGED US FOR MEDIUM this is the best sonic I think I’ve ever went to plus with a drive thru I’ve never seen a sonic with a drive thru id totally recommend this to others.
This place took 45 minutes to order milkshakes then another 20 to even get them. Trust me there were only four other cars. Don’t get me started on the customer service sooo irritating and can’t even do their jobs correctly. They really had the audacity to have us wait so long to give us literal MILK. The shakes were completely melted and they messed up our order.
This place is ran by literal children. They neglect people who are eating in their cars. I tried express my thoughts and concerns to who I think is the manager but before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me, and walked away. Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. So sad to see young people lack good customer service
Horrible service apparently the speaker is broken but the girl taking our order was snotty and said it was because we didn’t speak. We gave her our whole order before we realized she didn’t respond and I went in. Not sure why we bothered it always takes forever to order then get your food and the food is typically cold. We left and went to Five guys. They have shakes as well and the service is always fast, friendly and fresh.
I was handed my milkshake and the entire outside of the cup was coated in icecream. I asked the employee ( really ) and his response was oh , I can get you some napkins which took about 3 to 4 minutes.
I didn’t get the condiments that were part of my order even though they were on the receipt.
The corn dog was definitely the smallest I have ever seen.
Not an enjoyable order for sure.
You know how many times I’ve chuckled reading a review that started off “If I could give zero stars, I would?” I will never, ever, chuckle again after today’s experience. An hour and 25 minutes’ wait is not ok, especially without any explanation of what’s going on.
Service took extremely long and the employees had a real “sweep it under the rug” attitude. The food was decent at best, but the shakes and smoothies were awful. By the time they got to us, they had melted and tasted weird.
Talk about absolutely TERRIBLE service! It took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order, the display screen was broken so we couldn’t even verify that our order was correct and then we waited 30 minutes for our food. Mind you, the drive thru moved quickly and there weren’t a lot of customers parked and waiting so what was the hold up? We asked an employee what was taking so long with our order and she act dazed and confused. Shortly thereafter she came out with our food. All of our burgers and corn dog were barely warm. All of our tots were cold! If our food wasn’t going to be hot and fresh, what was the hold up??? I took our tots to the employee door and told the “manager”
that they were cold and our food was barely warm. I should’ve returned everything but at this point, my kids were starving after waiting so long. The employee brings me out piping hot tots… and why couldn’t we get food like this from the beginning without me saying something? I’m still confused as to what took so long if our food wasn’t going to be fresh?!? My daughter took one bite of her corn dog and no longer wanted it. Our burgers were dry with hardly any Mayo. Not to mention, our Hi-C’s were watered down so much that my kids didn’t even drink them. Poor service, wait time AND food!?! Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this location. Yuck!
