Not the largest of places, but it is very busy. I had read it was one of the best BBQs in Chicago. I ordered a Pulled Pork Sandwich with a side of Baked Beans ($15) plus added a 1/4 slab of Baby Back Ribs ($8). They then assign a table. The sandwich was pilled high with pulled pork and a very good bun. The pork was very tender and a wonderful full flavor. The baked beans were very good with bits of brisket in it. The ribs were excellent with a really nice char on them. The meat definitely fell off the bone and full of great flavor.
Got ribs at work. They had to have been made days ago. They were just mush. The fries were the stalist I have ever had. At 25.99 for a slab.. very disappointing.
I have been coming here for over a decade. The quality of the food and the great service are the reasons why I’m a customer for life!😋
The best food and service i drive 2 hrs just to eat
My husband and I used Smoque BBQ Catering for our wedding last September. Their catering office was a total dream to work with! The helped us figure out exactly how much food we’d need for our headcount and were 100% correct in every estimate. We had some leftovers, not a ton, really just enough for the rest of the weekend wedding festivities. The food was delivered hot and on time just after our ceremony ended. Would recommend them again and again!
