Visiting from California and looking for a healthy breakfast and I found Seven Shores. Delicious oatmeal with fruit and a beautiful omelette for my travel buddy. The  mocha chino with almond milk in a adorable teacup was so so good. What a great experience! Outdoor seating too! What more could I ask for?

The Saturday french toast special with peaches, sour cream and granola was perhaps the best french toast ever.  The breakfast burrito was also very good.

Love the feel of this cafe. It’s a good place to study and get a drink and treat! The staff are great and I like how the kitchen is fully visible to all customers as well.

While my boyfriend loved the breakfast burrito, I tried their lunch snacks (ie., fresh spring rolls

it’s a really lovely cafe, but bad espresso, beans overoasted and the espresso shot was not pulled properly.

Amazing spring rolls, granola bars,  sandwiches and pancakes. Very friendly staff and a nice, casual atmosphere. Missing a star because I’d like to see more Vegan / dairy free dessert items added to the menu.

Came here for the first time for a quick coffee fix and pleasantly found that their espresso is really good!! On a warmer day, my go to is a double espresso on ice, and you can tell this was packed unlike other cafes where a double feels more like a single.
Have not tried their food, but one day, it looked and smelled amazing – I plan to be back!

Super cute cafe with fairly priced drinks and food items. Got a macchiato and a soy vanilla latte. Both drinks were good with a huge plus being that all milks are the same price (unlike starbucks who charges you more…) which was inclusive to the non-milk drinkers. Lots of good seating and a cute interior. Lost a star because the espresso was slightly acidic and the latte wasn’t as good as I hoped.

This place is “good vibes only” sort of a place. I don’t know what is about the place that it just feels like a peaceful safe space in the chaotic uptown.
On a sunny day you will have all the sunlight coming in and making the perfect breakfast environment, and their food compliments the vibe.

My favourite is the turkey panini but I have tried other things and everything has been great, really good portion size as well.
They also have the best Mocha in the city and probably the best scones. Breakfast doesn’t get better than this in Waterloo.

The staff is always friendly. I like that it is open early on Sundays as they have great coffee and breakfast. I can get caught up on some fun tasks and/or meet a friend.
