Service is slow and the employees are rude. I stood in front of an empty register with four people in back pretending like they didn’t see me after making eye contact. No one even acknowledged me.

Received wrong order and literally looks pathetic! Seriously!!  Don’t bother with this place. Second chance burned.

Let start by saying I like schlotzskys. This location is totally  inconsistent. I always get the same sandwich a turkey bacon club. Sometimes the meat is thin sliced(good), sometimes it’s sliced way too thick (not as good). Sometimes they add some a lot of pepper or some type if spices, sometimes none. Sometimes more toasty. Sometimes less. People want consistency! Please work on this! Also a lot if visits they forget to give me things like chips or cookies and that is always disappointing!

I wanted to tell you about my experience today at your Harker Heights location  

I ordered my food online for pickup. It was simple: 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, 2 bags of chips, and 2 cookies. It said it would be ready at 445 PM

I go to pick it up and notice no chips in the bag. I had to ask for them. The lady handed me my drinks and the lids separately. The lids fell on the floor as she handed them to me. She saw this happen and turned and walked away, never offering new lids.

I get home. There are no cookies in the bag. I drive back over there. I walk in the door (an alarm rings when the door is opened). Another customer and I wait 8 minutes before anyone comes out. As the lady steps out, I notice another employee making food with no mask. I ask the lady about this and she says “yeah she should be wearing a mask. I don’t know why she isn’t”. I get my cookies and return home.

Upon reflection, I do not feel safe eating this food, as it was most likely prepared by an unmasked employee. I once again drive back to return everything.

I feel this needs to be addressed with this store. I can understand the lags in service during a pandemic, but not the lack of PPE when preparing food. You’re going to get someone killed. Please address this with the store. I will not be returning.

Ordered off grub hub for movers that were at my house. 4 or the 5 sandwiches arrived and the chips were all wrong. Ok, big deal about the chips, but what do I tell the 5th mover that didn’t get a sandwich? Sorry bro, but Grubhub refunded my money? Don’t feel like paying another $10 tip for a sandwich

The food here is good.  The cashier was a bit awkward and creepy.  I couldn’t tell if he was just completely awkward or if he was trying to flirt.  Either way it sucked because I had brought someone here for the first time and this was there intro to the restaurant.  Might try to go thru the drive thru next time.

I’m really not sure why this chain is so popular. The food tasted pretty good, but was very much over priced.
Our experience here wasn’t very good. The greasy kid that took our order was very impatient, which was weird, because we were seriously the only patrons in there. Our sandwiches took a long time to come out. We only ordered sandwiches and a kids mac and cheese. When they finally came, I informed the food runner that we had ordered milk for our little one, not the juice she was holding. She was visibly annoyed that she had to go back and bring milk. The dining area was unclean with greasy tables and chairs, and crusty gross high chairs.
The food tasted good, but was lacking in presentation.

Still going downhill. I never know how my visit will go. I ordered a Caprese which is not cheap. It had no toasted tomatoes, no onions and no balsamic. If they didn’t have these ingredients then you can let me know and I can have the choice to order something else. But I’m still paying full price for a sandwich with half the ingredients on it. I do not have the same issues when I go to the Belton location but it is not convenient for me to go there.

All I am gonna say is the service is horrible. I almost feel horrible that I made someone do their job and interrupted whatever the girl had going on with her coworker.

We ordered 3 turkey sandwiches and when we went to eat them at home they were salami…the lettuce was already soggy and the bread was a bit to hard and rubbery for me. The bread…round…interesting. I don’t think the service was too bad but I don’t see us returning to this place for food again.
