I’ve given a lot of five star reviews in Murfreesboro, but this one takes the cake. Some of the best rolls I’ve ever had, and nowhere near an ocean! Got the Nashville, Halloween, and Thompson Lane rolls and they were all awesome. Great decor and an attentive staff. Sitting at the sushi bar was a quiet, respectful, but incredibly entertaining experience. The little LED light under the garnish was a fun, modern touch. Treat yourself and go here!
Love it as always. Great place for dinner and a show especially on special occasions like it was for my birthday today. Yes it is a little bit pricey but you get plenty for what you pay for. Always enjoy coming here.

We’ve dined here several times. It’s fun having dinner and a show. This time I had the hibachi steak with a side of shrimp. Yum yum I recommend going during lunch for less expensive entrees. We always take home leftovers, so you can have more for dinner. ; )
Recently, my family and I went to this restaurant for the first time. It was truly enjoyable! We all decided to get hibachi dinners, so there was a short wait for a table. Not only was the staff friendly/accommodating (we had our 17 month old daughter in tow), but the chef put on quite an entertaining show. My little one truly enjoyed dancing and singing along while waiting for the food. And oh boy— the food! It was so good, I didn’t even need to add sauce. We will definitely be back soon!
My son took me for an early Mother’s Day lunch. We only had to wait about 15 minutes. Today was MTSU’s graduation as well so that wasn’t bad. The service was good. The food was awesome. I have been on a noodle soup kick recently. I had tempura udon soup which was delicious. The vegetable spring rolls were so yummy. Everything was perfect.
Had a great experience here this evening. The whole family was craving sushi and our normal place was closed. Popped in here on a Monday night and enjoyed a wide variety of appetizers and a few sushi rolls. Our server claimed it was his 1st night serving and he normally works in the kitchen.. I thought it did an amazing job and and would have had no idea it was this 1st night. Good stuff great service.
Beautiful and delicious. A little pricey but everything is nowadays. Wonderful atmosphere. Good birthday place, service was great easily accommodated our party of 12
This was my first time visiting Samurai. My mom and other family members eat here at least 3 or 4 times a month, so I thought I would give it a try. I had the tempura fried shrimp and vegetables with fried rice. I tried their chocolate lava cake for dessert (warning it is very very rich). I liked the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly.
One of the few great Hibachi places/ generally Asian places in Murfreesboro. Hole in the wall feel with a clean and modern look. If you’re in the area, I would totally recommend the hibachi lunch/dinner as it is a lot of food for a great price. I came for my 21st birthday weekend and the chef was entertaining and wished me a happy birthday. The sushi was decent and the drinks are just made well. I would come back and recommend to my friends
