Was working in the area and came upon this unassuming cafe ordered the Taylor ham and egg sandwich with cheese and omg the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten … two layers of ham egg and cheese made this a meal… perfect
The turkey roasted for us for Thanksgiving was done just right, was flavorful and perfectly carved. Definitely hope to request it from the catering menu next year. Thank you!

This is a super solid lunch spot. The owner is a great guy, the staff is very friendly and most importantly the food is always fresh. I notice that with many of the deli’s in the area the food might taste good but you can tell it wasn’t necessarily made fresh that particular day. However Rock Kitchen’s food literally always tastes like it was made the day you showed up.
If you like salads, this place is for you. Penne with vodka sauce? This place is for you. Sausage
My number one lunch spot. Everything that they make is fresh and delicious. Their sandwiches are incredible, especially on their focaccia. Also the prices are very reasonable.

This unassuming hole in the wall has such. good. food. Really, never had anything bad here. The salads are good, the entrees are good, but where this place absolutely kills it is with the sandwiches and wraps. The Grilled Chicken
One of the best sandwiches I ever had. They were extremely friendly especially the young lady at the counter.. they were fast and like I said food was fresh and taste amazing.
Always on point! My favorite sandwich and soup spot around. Their soups are very hearty, with plenty of veggies. Sandwiches are big and filling. My go to order is a spicy chicken melt with a daily soup. Very quick from order to food being ready, and very fair prices.
This place is great! Good eggs, great sandwiches, nice staff. That’s pretty much it. Just a great and healthy option to grab a sandwich.
