Service was really good, fast, and responsive. Food was amazing and portions were really good. Will definitely come again.
Pretty moderate kbbq place. It’s got normal stuff on the lowest set level A where you can get stuff like bulgogi, beef rib finger, pork belly, etc.. I can’t really give it 3 stars because the service was really good and attentive. Sometimes they would even cook for us too.
Food is about a 6-7/10. It wasn’t anything special and the service was good, so it’s well deserving of 4 stars on yelp. 🙂
It’s a solid Korean bbq spot. The meat is always well marinated and there are lots of banchan offerings. Thank you for the meat sweats!
I definitely understand the high reviews for this KBBQ spot. We came in around 5:30 pm and were seated right away. Perfect timing to miss the dinner rush. The prices are decent for the large variety of meats they have. Our waiter Jaesung was great – attentive, friendly, and helpful.
The food was solid:
One of the better place to ayce kbbq in LA. Price and options in meats are good. Service was pretty good when we went to visit. Loved the salad and their rice cake wrapped in beef.
My high school friends and I used to come here all the time as our “home” KBBQ spot. For $30.99 starting per person, I’d say it’s decent quality! Option A is worth it in my opinion, but go Option C to treat yourself and try their seasoned beef short rib (my fav!). Make sure you ask for sesame oil to pour in the salt. My favorite meats are the bulgogi, road to Seoul beef, beef tongue
We had a great experience, got seated pretty quickly on a Saturday night. The servers were extremely nice and attentive – they would help us cook, get us water and unlimited sides whenever we needed a refill, etc and never made us feel rushed even though our party of 6 were there for an hour and a half. The portions were huge even though we could only order 3 meats per round. It’s for sure one of the best AYCE kbbq places in LA. Would definitely come here again !!
I was given a recommendation from a friend but was disgusted to be told after arriving they would charge 50% extra because I was alone. I was sampling the menu before bringing several friends so I won’t return.
Just leaving here with my boys (whomst I love). Went with them bc it’s one of their birthdays – HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATT. There were four people I did not know that sat with us but my friends knew them so it wasn’t socially awkward or anything.
Anyway, the food here rules. We did the Option A – All You Can Eat – in my opinion, that’s all you need.
We had steak, spicy pork, gratuitously large bacon, and other items I don’t recall.
“Our waitress was really nice and she made our experience really great. And took great care of the grills” – my friend over my shoulder as I write this.
But it’s true, she was great. We cooked the food ourselves but she gave good tips.
I would go back. The bathrooms do suck though.
Was looking for a Koren BBQ place for a first time experience while visiting the LA area for my kids have never been. When we arrived we was greeted and asked for a table for 6 we was lead to a table for four but still unclear of where to set we pulled over two my chairs to make it enough room for hour party to set our server came over to the table never asked what we wanted to drink, he just asked what our meat choice was. In the middle of eating we had to call him over to ask for drinks. Our server never came to be sure we were ok and that all is well. When we received our bill we was a little confused due to the total . Once we asked the hostess to explain why the bill was so much When we only recived 3 items and only three of the six of us ate and the child that was with us only tasted the the food from her moms plate and was charged. It was than told to us that they were and all you can eat restaurant. I then asked how is an out of towner waa supposed to know that when it was communicated that it was. I expressed my concerns of the failure to let us know that. I suggested that when customers some in and when being seated they need to ask is this your first time here and explain how how it works at their restaurant so that customers from out of town know exactly what is going on. Also thought it was ridiculous how they charge $18.50 for a 2 year old who barely ate anything. And the other part is that you are not allowed to take any of the food with you that’s left at over after paying close to $300 for it. Though the food was good it was not worth it when it’s not told upfront
