We arrived early at 5:40 and were told dinner didn’t start until 6:30, but we could be seated for drinks. We were placed at the only unset table. We had 2 rounds of drinks and then ordered our food. Other people were being seated, but it was by no means busy. We noticed other tables getting bread and then their food. We had to ask several times just for bread. 3 of our dinners arrived after quite a long time. The 4th dinner of spaghetti came out when the rest of us were nearly finished. The food was very good, but the service was terrible. My husband overheard the staff talking about “the Americans “. I believe they don’t like Americans, hence the poor service. We were patient to a point and hated to be rude, but it was ridiculous. If you are American and don’t mind being ignored, this is the place for you. I hope as very disappointed.
Unhappy lunch experience! Average quality of food, tiny shrimps. Four of us came here, the waiter told us that each of us has to order a dish. Wasted money. When we finished the meal, there were only three tables of costumers, we still wait the bill for ages!!! It’s 14:39 now, the kitchen is not even work anymore, why can’t handle the bill properly?
This place is very nice to have some mussels straight from Lake Geneva. Have been coming here for three years and never disappoints me. Waiter speaks English and so is the menu.
The best Moules Frites in Switzerland! Great service, warm comfortable environment. Friendly helpful staff. Nice place to go for the traveler and local alike. Wonderful! Deserts are fabulous. Pour William Sorbet light but sweet and smooth. Pear and A little kick. Beautiful view of the lake and the French Alps. A must visit!
Great sea food options… A mussel dish that could stifle the hungriest of diners! Good wine and beer, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful! We would come back for sure!
This place is nice , we sat outside with perfect weather, one of the waiter had a bad attitude because I don’t know French I think he should have more patience . The next waiter was wonderful he knew English . We order fried perch
