We ordered food from here most of it was ok .. but we ordered 7 oz sirloin steak medium, and they gave it to us well done. then we had crab linguine and chicken linguine alfredo, both were dry not much Alfredo sauce at all …
I feel like it’s been forever since we had good service and low and behold we were blown away with the amazing service from Darrius our waiter. I HAVE NEVER had the service from anywhere and just when I thought it couldn’t get better he remained consistent at exceeding that. Drinks were filled , all the little sides I needed were filled. Our food came out fresh and he didn’t miss a beat when it came to refill our shrimp. I’m not going to lie it was so wonderful to have someone take care of us the way he did. We will definitely be calling to see if he works before we go again.
One of my Mother’s favorite places to eat. So… we took her there for her 96th birthday. It was midweek and early afternoon so we sat in the bar section and kept adding tables as more and more family members arrived. Red lobster was very flexible and patient with us. The food and service was great and we basically had the whole place to ourselves. Turned out to be the perfect place for the event since it kind of evolved on the fly.
Went in about 2:45 and caught the Mon-Friday special shrimp platter, a couple drinks, and Amy was the best server I’ve had in a very long time, she is refreshing and I will be back asking for her! So good when the food is good along with the service!
Endless shrimp! Scrumptious! My grandson ordered the kids meal with lobster he wanted to try it! The waiter brought it out it scared him get it away from me it looks like the ones in the tank! I’m not eating them thats mean! Nevertheless Gram had to eat his lobster
First of all they need help on staff . They waitress we had did her best in the situation she was in . She did great ! But no excuse on the quality of food . Steaks over cooked and lobster tails were dry and just sad looking. They discounted our food which we appreciate. Just a sad and embarrassing experience. Will not go back anytime soon and will not recommend. Sorry ! And I like going there .
Service was great from Victoria. The food was good. The silverware and glasses were not. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The glasses and silverware had buildup on them. That’s the only bad about our meal. Otherwise we will be back. Oh, and they didn’t have grapefruit to make a salty dog, but that’s no big deal. I prefer clean dishes and silverware over the drink.
Let me start by saying that I am not the type to complain, and rarely will take the time to leave a negative review.
We waited an extreme amount of time to be seated before the dinner rush. The waiter was awesome. Very attentive and the food was good. All COVID procedures were followed and had a pleasant meal.
