Food is delicious, that’s the 5 stars are for… But, they seriously in need of training for faster service. I was fifth in line in drive thru yet it took us 30 minutes from the time we arrived to when I got my order. Good thing my daughter check the bag and we’re missing orders. Crews look like hobos… need to be representable even when you work at fastfood chain…

The shtt made me sick way too greasy. I know it’s not healthy but still I tried other Popeyes and it’s pretty good. Taste like the deep fryer had old oil. People are not professional these days nor do they take pride in their job. It’s 2022 now if you ask to speak to the manager or supervisor the most ghetto person will say you are speaking with..
You’re better off going to the Antioch location. Worst service imaginable. 25 minute wait for food in the drive-thru and then they asked me to pull to the front of the store and they’d bring it out to me. Made a mobile order and only 4 cars in front of me when I got to the speaker. My previous visit was 45 minutes in the drive-thru and that was nearly a year ago. Nothing changes. Avoid at all costs. Food is hot and fresh and employees are nice. That’s why this isn’t a 1-star rating.
DO NOT ORDER INSIDE!!!! I saw the line getting long in the drive thru so I thought I’d be nice and come inside to order my -to-go-order. We that was a HUGE mistake! They not only helped ALL of the cars in line in the drive thru, the helped another 10 cars ahead of me! I came in the afternoon and they were out of a lot of things. LIKE FRIES and desserts! I wasn’t the only one that had to wait! In fact, I’m still waiting. Why so slow!!! Drive thru is flying thru and I’m still inside! Never, ever, again will I come back here! This is ridiculous and uncalled for! Treat everyone the same! Not just the drive thru line!!! And rude customer service too doesn’t help!!!
I have never had such bad customer service! When I got there, the dining room was full of people waiting to pick up Uber and other service orders. It took the girl at the counter 10 minutes to finally take my order. I ordered at 5:50 PM and received my incomplete order at 6:25 PM after asking for my order. I was informed they didn’t have the Mac n Cheese and it would be another 8 minutes. I asked for a refund only to be told, “He’ll give you the refund.” Not sure who “he” was. When I figured out, I had to ask him 3 times for the refund and was repeated told, “just a minute.” When I did get my cash refund since that’s how I paid, he gave 2 dollars in coins!!! Are you serious??? This was my first time at any Popeye’s restaurant… needless to say, I won’t be back.

I am requesting to speak to someone in management about a series of recent experiences from mobile orders.
At over $16 for a 5pc chicken strip combo, you’d think it’s not too much to ask for the correct drink that you ordered and, a spoon to eat the side with. My fault for assuming good service and not checking my order. Fortunately, I’m restoring an RV and just taking a break for lunch so, we had spoons but, that’s still not a good look. Not to mention that the 1st strip was undercooked. Steered wide of that one!
