Pollo Regio

Definitely a first with this one but we ordered two baked potatoes with carne asada and both were given as just chunks of potatoes, no skin or anything.

Obviously the skin isn’t the main deal but I just don’t understand why? It seems like they scraped the potato out of the skin into the foil but why? Is skin too expensive to include now? The price was the same as it’s always been so who knows.

La comida no estaba mal, pero la orden si me dieron la torta sin papas las tuve que pedir. Ordene mi comida para comer ahí y me cobraron los chips cuando pedí después de haber pagado por mi orden y decirles que iba a comer ahí y claramente tenían un sticker que decía “free chips only dine in” me los cobraron ok, cuando quise tomar un poco estaba totalmente vacío y tardaron mucho para llenarlos. Los baños, las mesas y el piso estaban muy sucios! Me dio asco comer ahí. Pedí mi bebida de fountain drinks y no tenían en algunas de ellas. Las managers estaban sentadas comiendo por mas de una hora con su pelo mal recogido con una pinza en el cabello. Mala presentación!. Sin poner atención y sin importar lo que pasaba a su alrededor los limones estaban vacíos cuando llegue las salsas no se veían nada presentables. Este lugar da mucho asco no recomiendo ir aquí.

Found a glove in my nachos tonight after ordering from the drive through at the S. Carrier location in Grand Prairie, how disgusting. Called to complain asked to speak to a manager i was put on hold and the manager refused to come to the phone. I then asked the person who answered for a corporate number to hear her reply they do have a corporate number however they do not have it on site. I even called 2 other lications just to hear the same thing. I guess they think they cant be held accountable. They have me so pissed im about to turn into a woman named Karen. Way to go pollo regio we are definitely not done with this experience!

I picked up a couple of carne asada torta (Mexican sandwich) plates for dinner tonight for my hubby and I. We decided to give them a second try despite some of the reviews (first time, about one month ago, we had quesadillas which were delicious). The torta contained beef fajita, refried beans, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, and mayonnaise. Wish it would have had a little more meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. It also came with yummy, crispy fries and a tasty green, creamy mild salsa. The food was hot, tasty, and so good! I would go back to try more items on the menu!

Well I was in drive thru. Then I thought I’ll go inside to place order. Bad idea. I waited 45 min for my order. The drive thru cycled 3 times. I finally had to ask for my food. No apologies nothing. Worst I will not be returning….oh I also asked for more hot sauce she said I already put some in your to go bag. Then I said dont you think that I’ve waited long enough to deserve some extra salsa?????? WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
