Yesterday afternoon a friend and neighbor ordered pizza and wings from Pizza Hut around 3:30 pm.
After midnight I found their order sitting on the front porch of another neighbor. The street address and the apartment number were nowhere near by or resemble one to the other.
So this morning I called my neighbor who explained that he had contacted Pizza Hut which then delivered a fresh order at no cost to him.
So, Pizza Hut provided two meals, each valued at $28.00 including delivery and tax, and lost $56.00 and the potential tip in the process.
i ordered around 6:11pm it said it would be about 25-30 minutes, around 7pm i called the pizzahut in question because my order had not arrived, was told they only delivery through doordash now and the pizzahut still had my order and it will be sent out in three minutes, i live less then 10 minutes away from this pizzahut so when it got to 7:46 pm and still no pizza i became concerned. checking the pizzahut alert text i found it had only just been picked up at all and was just now on the way…it finally did arrive, 2 hours after ordering, with the completely wrong order.
I called the location and was informed the only way to get a refund was to go to the store location, this has been probably my single worst delivery experience iv ever received.
Called in a order hours before close and paid with credit card. Waited. Never showed up. Called the store multiple times and got no answer. They basically robbed me

horrible communication wouldn’t even connect me to the store didn’t expect this man 🙁
I have tried many pizza places in Denton and this location is unique. If you’re looking for a pizza place that will leaving violently vomiting then this is the place for you. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.
The Supervisor is rude and need to work on his customer service! I ordered pizza online and used my points, so it was suppose to be free. My son went to go pick it up and they charged him for the pizza. I called to speak to the Supervisor to see what happened and he said he checked the cash register and they weren’t over the amount they suppose to have so he couldn’t do anything. Before I could finish my sentence he said “sorry I can’t do anything and hung up in my face.”
Terrible place. Terrible staff. They get your order wrong and then refuse to fix it. They smoke pot right in the store and I watched a guy scratch his balls and go back to making food without gloves or anything (if that matters). They won’t even answer the phone they just pick it up and hang up on you. So worthless. Thang god for the other endless options in denton.
I paid for a pizza I never received. I ordered from them an hour before they closed and was told they would have my order ready and delivered in 25 minutes it’s been two hours and I had also called there store after the first 45 minutes just Incase and to here the status of my order. Nobody answered and nobody came.
Poor service and rude employees. Been waiting over an hour for my delivery which was supposed to be 45 minute wait. The driver pulled up then drove off. I called the store and first I’m told they don’t have a driver in a silver truck. Then he comes back on the line to tell me part of my order was left off. Mistakes happen. But what irks me is that I said “ok” and the jerk says to me “no problem “. No apology for the delay. No courtesy whatsoever.
This was a horrible experience from start to finish, especially considering customer service and wait times. Upon entering the store, we asked Amy, the lady working front, if we could simply order a dip. After asking if we’d receive a receipt with the order of just a dip, Amy called us “jack*sses”. We then decided to order the ranch dip online, and the wait time for a simple side of ranch was about 15 minutes. After re-entering the Pizza Hut to pick up our order, we had to wait a few minutes until it was ready even though were at the front of the digital line. Amy asked if we were “just hanging out,” and we responded that we were here to pick up our order, and she quickly went to the back to grab the dip. Why and how was this not ready beforehand? It ended up being about a 20 minute wait total. Before receiving the ranch and receipt, Amy ripped the receipt in front of us so that we could not use of any special coupon codes or sweepstakes entries that must have been apparently on the bottom of the receipt. (We noticed this code after receiving another receipt for the second order of ranch that we decided to go back for after using the first ranch). After receiving our order for the first ranch dip, we used it up and decided it was enjoyable enough to order a second ranch – the receipt for the second ranch did not have the coupon codes ripped off which is how we discovered that Amy ripped off the codes on our first order. We ordered the second ranch for the road. The customer service was horrible, especially since we were called an offensive name. This is not the customer service that I look for in a Pizza Hut experience. I do not recommend this establishment to any pizza lover or dinner enjoyer. If possible, I would give this establishment zero or negative stars. Yes, that may seem extreme, but so was Amy calling us “jack*sses”. This was not enjoyable. Do not order here.
