Some of the best food I’ve ever had, especially the sandwiches. Ive tried the chicken, pork, and beef sandwiches and they were all amazing. I’ve also really enjoyed the curries (yellow and pumpkin). Do yourself a favor and order the Rangoon appetizer with your meal. YUM,

Absolutely amazing Thai food tucked away in a “conspicuous” pink storefront in Ballard.

My friend told me about this place and how much she loved their sandwiches. Decided to finally give this place a try and it did not disappoint and is easily one of my new favorites here.

We tried their well known braised pork in noodle soup and it was delightful. Sour, spicy, umami. Much like a boat noodle but on crack. Highly recommend!

Another crowd favorite was the garlic noodle. We loved the large flat noodles stir fried a generous amount of garlic. Recommend to add a fried egg for extra yums (we did wish for the egg to be way crispier but I’m picking at straws here).

Khao Soi was flavorful, the Krispy noodles were Krispy with a k, and the chicken was not dry at all. My favorite Khao Soi in the city.

WARNING: this place is *THAI* level spicy. Beware how many stars of spice you ask for 🙂

If you’re looking for authentic, delicious, fresh, Thai food in Seattle, the Pink Bee is the spot to go!!! Family owned, friendly service, the food was UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! So fresh and delicious. I got the Pad Kee Mao and my brother got the Pad Thai, both blew our expectations out of the water!! The Thai iced tea was so authentic and refreshing too! Highly recommend this place!

Sweet baby Jesus!
Today this review is all about one dish!

THE BEST LARB GAI SALAD IVE HAD STATESIDE!
Ground chicken, dancing with mint, red onions, pepper flakes, and cilantro over a fresh cabbage leaf!!!!
Add some sticky rice to cool the fire (cause you know you need to add a star to you normal star rating)!
Close your eyes and your mouth will tell you your sitting on the shore of the Mekong River having easily, hands down the best LARB I’ve had in years.

Put your order in! Take a couple deep breaths and get ready for a dish that will transport you.

Been coming to Pink Bee for YEARS and always have a great experience, whether it was dining in or carrying out.

I honestly can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet. The staff are so friendly and kind. The menu is plentiful. The food is so fresh and tasty and rich. Just the other day I got the garlic tofu stir fry which I’d never had before and was completely blown away. Oh, and the food comes out super quickly.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My husband’s been coming here since he first moved into the condo next door and loves how convenient it is to just walk over and pick up food.

When I first tried it, to be very honest I find most of their dishes super salty unfortunately. I absolutely love their Avocado Crab Rangoons. They are stuffed to the filling, creamy, and with the sweet chili sauce, it’s quite the addiction.

Their pad thai, pad se ew, pad kee mao are usually the “too salty” verdicts. Anywhere I go for Thai, I generally order 3 star spice. I love pad se ew and it has to be really difficult to get it wrong, however don’t get me wrong- the FLAVORS of all these dishes are delicious! Just the salt is what gets me.

However, I was craving mango sticky rice real hard and so I called to ask if they have it and they do! The phone calls always seem to take a while to pick up and found out they have really easy online ordering and ever since it’s been a breeze. I love love love the mango sticky rice except how hot they serve it so I chill it in the fridge for a good 30 minutes before eating.

In the meantime, I figured out the trick to please my palate! I ordered their pad thai with 1* spice and ever since- I’ve been addicted to ordering it once a week nonetheless I refrain myself from ordering more than that!

If you have sensitive taste buds like I do, I would recommend starting with 1* spice even if you can handle spicy and go from there or maybe ask for less salt/soy but I’m not sure if that would alter the taste!

Ordered and sat down. Watched an employee (the owner maybe?) eating a grocery store ice cream at the table. When finished, goes behind the counter gets a paper towel, wipes mouth and then wipes table with same paper towel.

Goes behind counter, rinses hands, wipes mouth with paper towel, drys hands with same paper towel, goes into kitchen and starts fumbling around.

I got larb, It was good for quick lunch but probably won’t come back due to sanitary reasons.

Best kept secret in Seattle. Nearly tucked away in an inconspicuous Ballard location, it’s a neat little cafe with bright, cheerful decor and equally cheerful service staff. Dine in service is well recommended. The aromatic vegan and vegetarian plates come piled high with crisp, perfectly seasoned veggies. Take out service is fast and efficient, with practically no wait time. They make some mean curry dishes. Definitely worth the time.
