Horrible service, unskilled cook. Wait staff can’t manage order of customers.
It’s g tying one star for the parking lot, your parking lot has pot holes big enough to swallow up a truck.
After filling up my tank, I had to use the bathroom because I had been on the road for many miles. I went to the bathroom in the convenience Island. I’m a woman and used the bathroom, and then went to wipe—-(more than pee) no toilet paper in either of 2 dispensers— desperate, I tried the paper towel holder (I would not have put it in the toilet) …but, there was nothing!
Words of frustration don’t accurately describe our experience with this Petro. I call ahead for a spot, they give me a time. Show up, it’ll be 4 hours. We opt to come first thing in the morning so the ticket is written for 8am. Perfect. 6:20am we get a call from a tech saying it’s time for the appointment. Rush over for then to turn us away because we were too long. We were too long 4pm the day before. The ineptitude of this facility caused an epic waste of time. Would not recommend at all.
I just had a great meal…. Also witnessed the wait staff and the cook go above and beyond to provide a meal for a family whose son had a food allergy…. I was genuinely impressed with the level of care and attention paid to making sure his needs were met and he had a meal he enjoyed….. Thank you from me for that!!!
Everything is great, even the new menus and the obvious price hike. However, paying your waitresses $2.13 an hour is pathetic while your cooperation is making billions off the backs of drivers and travelers. It shows me what you really think about your employees. I realize that many states don’t mind putting the royal screwberries to these hard working women and men. But, a cooperation as wealthy as Petroleum should rise above the others and pay your waitresses what they are worth. Shame on you.
Very friendly staff ! The cashier was funny and sweet. The young guy that was cleaning the place was sweet as well. And well mannered. And the ladies restroom was very clean and I really loved the decor. The picture speaks for itself.
Good truck stop that has a good sit-down restaurant” they are hard to come by now day’s in the trucking industry” most only have fast food counters. Have a well placed old rip griffin style with a small store and cafeteria style food counter with home cooking in the fuel island building, have a truckers chapel trailer and a gazebo with sit-down table under it to use. Have a large tv room and good showers. hair salon and shoe shine shop and a cell phone center. A very large truck parking lot with reserved and handicap parking.
Visited here 8-14-21, shower was amazing but small. Porters really did a good job cleaning. This location had no diesel and the cashier was sort of rude, shaking his head at me in disgust because I couldn’t find the gallons of water. Overall it was a decent visit.
They have a very wide variety of amenities for truckers. I was able to wash our laundry there. They have a TV Room, Game Room, Laundry Room, Dunkin, Iron Skillet, Massage Chairs, Lounge, Chapel and more. I do wish the restrooms were cleaner though.
