Worst experience. The cashier had the audacity to complain and racially profile me for asking for extra sriracha. The nerve of this woman. And when confronted, she stayed quiet and acted like nothing happened. In these kind words ” The sriracha is to eat here, I already gave you enough, it’s not to take the packets home and use at home”.

Super nice staff, food is always cooked. Each time I mobile order ahead and it’s typically 10-15 minutes before I go on my break, it’s never prepared by the time I get there. That’s honestly the only reason I mobile order is to have it done before I have to pick it up. On weekends they’re busy, I completely understand, but I will see them grab the receipt that’s been sitting in front of them since it printed off and they haven’t started anything. That’s the only issue I have with them!

I had been to this location once before and it wasn’t this bad, but this experience caused me to not want to order from this Panda Express ever again. I just called in to corporate to let them know as well. I ordered orange chicken, broccoli beef, and honey walnut shrimp, and half and half chow mein and fried rice. I wanted the green bean chicken, but it was going to take 10 minutes and having small kids with me I didn’t want to wait. Also it looked like about 30% of the food offerings were missing. And what was left had been sitting too long. I went at 5:54 PM on Thursday 9/9/21, dinner time. The worst part of the experience was the quality of the food, the orange chicken had way too much sauce and was very dark meat and too many bites of orange chicken didn’t even have chicken at all, just the soggy breading. The “beef” in the beef with broccoli couldn’t have even been beef or even meat, it was like chewed up and spit out meat, soft and mushy and just gross and the broccoli was soggy and old. The fried rice did not have much of anything but bland rice, usually it has more vegetables and egg and flavor in it. The chow mein was the only thing that was good (hard to mess up), and the honey walnut shrimp was pretty good as it was the only thing remotely fresh but it still had too much sauce and breading. I was craving Panda Express before that experience but I can make it much better with the frozen foods from the supermarket at home. Furthermore, my receipt didn’t even have enough ink to read the survey code to do a survey- convenient!

No value for vegetarians.  There are no veggie entrees like  tofu etc . Also rude service . Take businesselsewhere .

This is sad. I really like Panda Express but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The food was overcooked and awful. When I asked for it to be replaced (not even a refund) and to be given fortune cookies that weren’t stale, the manager (Alicia as I was told) laughed in my face and told me no. I was given two new fortune cookies to make up for my poor experience and wasted food. This is an unacceptable way to handle this sort of situation. I’m amazed Hopefully you will fix this kind of employee behavior for future customers.

We stopped by this Panda today at 12 pm and about half of their food pans had food in them and even then, they were barely 1/4 full. There was a cook in the back, just standing around and staring into space. Why wasn’t the guy cooking up food to fill the pans? Another cook sauntered out with a bin of something but was in no hurry to cook, either. The workers at the counter tried to sell us food we didn’t like. Don’t go here at lunchtime because they obviously could care less about being ready for customers!

Easily the absolute WORST Panda Express I’ve ever eaten at. Employees are extremly rude. I asked for the larger container and the guy serving wanted to charge me $4.00 just for the container!!! Ridiculous! If my son didnt want to eat there so bad, I would have walked away. Then when the girl at the register put my food in the bag, it was sideways so all the liquid poured out into the bag. Worst ever!

Got a bowl with veggies and the chicken and mushroom. They made both items fresh since they were running low. The server gave me extra of both since I had to wait for the food.
The stir fried veggies were so fresh! This was definitely a healthy and quick meal to get at Stonebriar Mall.

This is one of the few Panda Express I have been in where the service is extremely rude, to say the least and the attention is very slow.
