The drive thru is horrible, I got my burger the exact opposite from the way I ordered it. The microphone system is ass, so expect them to not hear your order. Expect them to waste your time, ruin your meal, and waste your money.
Whenever I come to California. I stop at Tommy’s in Montclair. Best chili in town. The workers Imelda and I believe her name is Connie are the best. Always bright and makes us feel like we’re family! Imelda you ROCK! 2nd day here and loving it. Probably be back again tomorrow on our way back home to Arizona.
Food is just not good here- burger had a strange taste, meat didn’t seem to be cooked properly, fries had way too much salt ! We threw our food out. Super disappointed
I grew up on Tommy’s so it’s definitely a treat when I get a chance to stop by when I’m in the area. This particular location is conveniently located just off the 10 fwy at central. Friendly service and the food is always .
This Tommy Burger is the worst location…my experience with any other location when ordering a open face chili cheese burger with extra chili i never have an issue but every time i go to the Montclair location the alway and i mea always never get the order right …I called an talked to the manager for that location and the lady didnt seem to care..,dont waste your money on this location!!!! I tried to call to address my issue and it went straight to voicemail, I’ll be calling the corporate office tomorrow 9/21/2022
