Disappointed to see how unsanitary the place was.
The tea machines were filthy and could see they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The soda machine was also the same. The portions were very small and limited. Only filled up to half the bowl. Needless to say, the place needs upkeep and a deep clean. I should’ve taken pictures. I even had to wait about 6 mins for someone to ring my food out to pay because she kept walking away without telling me what was going on. Never going back there again.
When did this establishment become a class less place. Moes used to have branded plastic food containers. I have not eaten at moes for a while and I ordered moes today and my food came in a styrofoam container a brand less syrofoam container that came from a bulk shopping club. My moes food experience was previously enhanced greatly by the presentation of my food their food was not good enough to want me to buy on its own without a little jazzy presentation and the plastic container they had before made the food more appealing. Seeing my food in these styrofoam containers makes my meal feel completely throw together like something I could cook and throw on a platter and serve. It is a shame and I will not be going here anymore.

Great customer service! This place is good for when you are in a rush. Food was nice a full of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite on the go restaurants.
I eat at this Moe’s at least once a week. The service is always great, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is clean. I recommend it to friends and family regularly.,
Worst service of all the Moe’s I’ve been to cross the US so far, when making my burrito server put like two string of cheese and like 5 little pieces of cucumber. Had to ask him to add more and still was like a pinch. Compared to any burrito I have purchased this one was mini sized, will not go to this one again
Teamwork behind the grill was outstanding. Everyone truly seemed to enjoy working at this location and they took pride in their work. They all made sure guests were taken care of! Special thanks to the manager for helping out my injured soccer player with some ice and special attention!

I had an excellent experience at this location. First, I was greeted with a resounding “Welcome to Moe’s!” when I entered. I know they are supposed to do that at every location, but these guys really gave it their all. Next, I went to the counter to order. The staff was friendly and responsive to my requests. I dined in for this meal. This location is extremely clean. I find most Moe’s locations to be clean in general, however this one was especially clean. There was a manager present present to ensure that I was having a good experience, as well. I had a bowl, which was delicious. I will definitely visit this location again when I am in Montgomery.
Underwhelming.
Got a ‘close talker’ salad to go and was given a stale-tasting shell. Texture of the shell was tough and a bit chewy. Meat portions are small. Romaine lettuce cuts were huge and the pieces were soft and warm, not crispy (or even very green). Definitely not fresh.
This is a pretty good Mexican food joint. Way better than Chipotle in my opinion. Never had any issues with this particular location. The employees have all been very friendly. Very clean and it’s a convenient location.
Only problem: everything is extra. Oh, you want queso on your burrito? That’s $1 extra. Oh, you want a little container for your salsa? $1 extra. I hesitate to ask what else is $1 extra. I’m sure I’ll find out at some point.
In general. Love their burritos.
