Food was great, however one of our items never came and then our server went on break. As we noticed more people coming in, the server/host took a really long time to seat them. Noticed people leaving anything less than 5 star reviews is due to the service. Maybe short staffed? Not sure but the service needs improvement.
The sushi rolls were we also had the deep fried gyoza’s!! The sushi rolls were the Sakura, Aloha and Savage roll, all priced well and the service was great!
My all time favorite sushi place. Great sushi, good prices. Love the owner. They are friendly and welcoming.
While Mikuni’s will always be my favorite sushi restaurant, Mizuki has won my loyalty and my first recommendation whenever answering the question of best sushi. Service is always great whether dining in or ordering for pickup. I’m here at least 2-3 times a month. My favorites are the Pepper Fin, White Dragon,
Love love loveeee their sushi. Quality is definitely worth the price they’ve even gone above and beyond for my special requests for how my sushi is prepared and not every establishment be generous enough to do that.
The sushi here is the most delicious sushi I’ve ever tried. I’m so glad I live next to this place, I can come quite often! The service is super slow, I’m sitting here writing this, and the place is pretty empty, maybe like 2 more parties, and it’s been 20 minutes since Ive been seated, no one has come up to me, it’s even worse when this place is packed, so beware if you’re looking for a quick bite! It’s a peaceful and quiet environment tho. Sushi is unlike any other!
Great sushi, terrible host!
Apparently, he is helping his mother.
He needs to home and stop losing her waiters their tips.
He knocked over my chopsticks, and then didn’t even apologize, just said “OOPS” and scrambled to pick them up – touching the same ends that touch the food that goes into one’s mouth.
I ask for new chopsticks and explain that knocking them over wasn’t the problem… that it was picking them up at the top tips of the chopsticks that was the issue.
He gaslights me of course, and as he brings me new chopsticks, decides to be a smartass and says “technically, you can’t use those ones either cause I touched them too,” showing that he doesn’t get it.
Go home and stop losing your mom business.
Oh, sushi was great though.
Dallas Special
This was my first time here! I got the Dallas special. It was so so sooooo good! First time ever that 4 pieces roll made my stomach full and happy! Service was great. Polite and nice workers. Thank you and will be back for sure to try other rolls
Yummy. Top Teir sushi. Devoured it with my dad and wanted more. Cashier was looking tired which i understand
I’m not sure how to spell her name but she pronounced it like [ Zye-Ruh ] so I’ll just spell it Zyra and hopefully management will know who I’m talking about. She’s the young women with bleach blonde hair. Anyway, wrote this review because Zyra deserves a raise. She was so helpful and sweet and such a hard worker. She’s by far one of the few I’ve seen that truly goes above and beyond to provide an outstanding service. As for the food, I’ve been going to Mizuki for years and they’re the best sushi place in town. With great prices and even greater food, Mizuki is one of those restaurants you’ll go back to.
