Good service! Was fast and the food was hot. The person who delivered was very polite.
Disappointed. Stopped through drive through at 10:45 pm on 2/26/22. Was told they were closed despite their hours being through 11 pm. I guess the employees wanted an early night.
FRUIT FLY IN OUR DRINK, forgotten fries, cold burgers and pathetic management. The manager refused full refund despite all of these things
This McDonalds is fairly infamous for being horrible with their service. I went here as a last option and ordered something fairly simple: 10 count chicken nugget with a medium fry. I paid for all items, pulled up to the window, and when I got my food they had completely forgotten the fry. Seeing as it was an extremely simple order I am amazed at how much they don’t care. The car in front of me was already fighting with the staff, so I decided to just go home as I didn’t have time to wait for them to argue and then complain. They always either take forever or mess up your order WITHOUT FAIL. Don’t waste your money at this establishment and go eat at the nearby Chick-fil-A.
This is the worst food I ever had. The dog wouldn’t even eat it. What happened to McDonald’s? Maybe the food was always terrible, or my tastebuds woke up. The fries were soggy, hamburger was cold and didn’t even taste like beef. If it weren’t for kids this place would be out of business. Never again.
If you want the worst service ever, look no further than this McDonald’s location! They can’t even do something as SIMPLE as put sauces and STRAWS in your freaking bag. Then they have the audacity to put A SINGLE STRIP OF CHEESE ON MY FISH SANDWICH. Not a full slice, not HALF a slice, BUT A FREAKING STRIP. You guys get paid $10-$12 an hour to suck literally every freaking day.
Same old crappy drive thru service. Had to pull forward, because they ran out of fries. But when I finally got them they were only warm not hot. Two cheese burgers were cold. Big thumbs down here all the time.
Watch your credit card bill/account – I got charged for my items and then another charge at different $$. Either workers are being shady or big mistakes are happening…..
On today’s visit, the food was fine. The fries were hot, and the quarter pounder was pretty good. It’s McDonald’s. It was what I expected. Service in the drive thru was a different story. This restaurant has a habit of making most of their drive thru customers pull into reserved spots to wait. When it was my turn, the two reserved spots were already taken, and I had to move forward. Once I got my food, I ate in a nice shady spot in my car. While there, over half of the drive thru customers had to move into reserved spots. I can understand doing this occasionally. But this was ridiculous in my opinion.
