Usually I never have anything bad to say about McDonald’s I’ve never had a bad experience with them at all but today was my first bad experience. I ordered a triple cheeseburger meal and a double quarter pounder meal my burger wasn’t even the right one I got a double cheeseburger instead of a double cheeseburger and the double quarter pounder meal was over cooked and cold the fries were so hard I broke a tooth on one.
I’m posting from inside the restaurant watching customer after customer walk out mad as hell because this location is more concerned with uber and grubhub than the people actually in front of them. I’d leave myself but the drivethru has so many backed up cars I can’t get out.
I went at 10:30 for a chicken sandwich (lunch was listed as starting at this time on the website). The kid in the drive-thru said they didn’t serve lunch until 11. There is a chicken sandwich on a biscuit on the breakfast menu so I ordered that but with a bun instead (since biscuits are disgusting). The kid refused to do a simple accommodation
Place is ok but the coke always tastes like garbage. Every time I’ve been here the coke does noT taste good. They need to set the mix properly and stop trying to cheap out to make more money. Honestly that ruins the whole meal.
I visited this location tonight. Had the best experience at the drive up window. The women that helped me was Candace. She was super friendly and professional.
This cant be the easiest job dealing with hangry people all day and she was great. I will definitely be back.
This McDonald’s was good I don’t know what happened but I went today to order food and everything was miss ordered in my receipt. I asked for only ketchup on my burgers and it was put as plain and when I got them it was everything on it. Definitely makes sense to me. I asked for sprite and got root beer ordered. Again makes sense. I ordered a hot fudge Sundae with caramel and only got hot fudge. The kicker though I tried to call when I got home the phone number don’t work. Great job McDonald’s on making my fat day be let’s not eat any of it and waste a bunch of money for nothing. Ba da ba ba ba I’m hating your location in Wilmington. This place is turning into the sonic that was next door to it. Terrible service 0 reliability
After waiting in a line for about 20 min, the staff was still capable of not giving me a full correct order. Not the first time it happens here. I guess this is what I get when I choose this place as my fast food restaurant. Lesson learned
Well I gave a second chance this am ordered egg white sandwich and americano. Took. Many many minutes. When I asked why. Told me oh takes a while to egg whites sandwiches. Curiously someone after me got their order with egg whites and macchiato drink before me. Second week happened. May as well have been at Panera. Never again
This is the worst McDonalds chain I have ever been to and is an abomination to the franchise and fast food market. The employees are terrible. Not once have I ever gone and not had a problem. One time, I showed up 20 mins before closing and they refused to take my order. I was then told to “leave and never come back” after complaining. They have called me and friends “assholes” before because we used their lot to walk across the street to CVS. The balding manager with the voice of a pre pubescent teenager is responsible for these acts and needs to be fired. They have a kid working their who is disabled and I have seen managers yell at him because he was working slow or not doing something right. Overall terrible environment.
