By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. This is since LONG before Covid even existed as well – it’s not just because of all the Covid stuff. Love when 3 customers BEHIND me get their food first while I’m still sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting. All I ordered was a PLAIN hamburger and fries and a small drink but that takes 15 minutes and comes out cold/stale usually. Ordered a soda with my food as well – ordered TWICE because they ignored me the first time. After ordering it TWICE, still NEVER GOT THE DRINK I ORDERED TWICE.
Worst McDonald’s in the world! Rude cashiers, stupid manager. Can’t get an order right if the tried! When I asked them to amend my incorrect order the cashier said “what does amend mean?” Gave me a soda instead of a milkshake and when I told her the order was wrong she screamed at me that she didn’t take the order. The manager looked at me like what was he supposed to do. They need to fire everyone and start over.
Totally terrible service, completely unacceptable. All the staff did was stand around and not wait on customers. All probably on their phones like before. Total waste of time and space and resources. Should’ve knocked it down and replaced it with a better building with better service
Waste of money. Oreo McFlurry had 0 Oreos and the woman in the drive thru was rude and totally miserable!
Ordered a medium latte, and then in my combo I asked for a medium latte instead of a soda. They didn’t add the first latte at all and the second latte which should have been a medium was just a small. Also ordered a 10 piece but they entered it as a 20. My burger was super salty and the fries were lukewarm.
Rating them 3 instead of a 2 because I’ve been here a few times before and they are usually pretty quick and the foods decent.
The girl who work second window at 7pm today was the best!! I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years but she is by far the friendliest, I wish I could’ve tipped her. She made my night, will be coming more often now.
I wish i could rate it 0 stars. 27 minutes in the drive thru to get home with the wrong order. Place is a joke
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The drivethru service was horrible, the person taking my order couldn’t seem to grasp the fact that I wanted a plain mcchicken and a vanilla cone. It took them way too long to understand and take my order and once that was all finally done I waited to pay for my order for at least 20 minutes and then drove out of the line because I was tired of waiting. Definitely would not recommend going to this McDonald’s.
I ordered on the mobile app and when I got there I still had to wait for my food. Time i got my food and ate it, it was cold, the soda machine was empty. The fries were over cooked as well. Had customers that were in line that hasn’t ordered yet that just left because of the manager being rude and telling the other employees to tell anyone that comes through the door that they are closed. I was the last one to leave and they were locking the door behind me it was only 8:00 PM when I left there was also fruit flies flying around the soda machine the floor was dirty.
Floor dirty, slow service, even with mobile order. Waited at least 30 min in the store… Even turned away customers an hour before closing, fruit flys at soda machine, manager telling counter people to tell people to leave if anymore people come in the lobby.
