I must admit that this is the worst fast food chain ever! This was the first McDonald’s I have went to trying to get a caramel macchiato or a mocha at the drive thru. I have been told that the machine is being serviced, so I walked in to see and no one was even standing near that machine. Basically this business lies to customers so that they don’t have to serve them. This business is sad and therefore has now lost my business. Everyone be careful for this company, they do not care about the customer or properly serving us so take your business elsewhere.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s twice last week ,and the service and food was wrong and terrible there was so much going on way to much to type and tell about so I’m contacting their home office on Monday!!!
