I have been going to Mandarin Gourmet as well ordering to go food for over 20 years. My recent experience with the food has been hit and miss. I am compassionate to the difficult issues managing a food business in recent years however, when one pays $40 for an appetizer and entree for the quality food experience that’s what they should receive. Pot stickers were too thick and gummy and the cashew chicken had an odd cornstarch after taste.
2 waiters on the lunch crowd. Ling wait. Food average. Overpriced. Waiter argued about the sizes of containers to go at the end of our meal. Good way to cut your tip in half! Never again. Rude staff.

Probably the best Chinese food in the area.
We love this restaurant, and they are usually very accommodating with gluten-free options, but when I tried to call and order take out they were extremely rude and short when I asked for gluten-free options. I know that they have the ingredients for gluten-free, we order the same things every time… The lady on the phone was very quick to cut me off and hang up as well. We are very sad because like I said the food here is amazing and usually the service is as well. But now we will think twice and will probably go elsewhere.
