Little Caesars Pizza

Service is nonexistent. 1 hour wait when you show up the counter is what they tel you while the crew is chatting it up behind the counter. But if you place your order online, it says your order will be ready in 20 minutes. Don’t bother calling, it just rings and the guy said they don’t have a phone there. Whoever is on the other side of the ringing phone will put you on hold FOREVER.

I ordered a jalapeño pizza but received a bell pepper. I tried to call the store and waited 35 minutes before I drove there. So at this point, I drove there then back then there and BACK AGAIN! My family ate 3 slices before I realized it was wrong. Both managers initially refused to help me at all. However when I didn’t let up he offered to make me half a pizza . I got a fresh pizza straight out of the oven and it was just not good. Yuck  wish I could give zero starts because of the poor customer service

This location for the third time has turned me away before closing . I come in at 9:35 and they say they arnt taking any more orders . They clearly are still making pizza and have hot and readys in the heater. I ask if I can get a hot and ready and they say no. I sit in the parking lot to order Pizza Hut and 3 more people get turned away. Last time I came at 9:20 and they told me they couldn’t take my order because they had a gas leak .. told them they shouldn’t be inside the building then and the gas company would need to come. Time before that it’s 9:40 and they said they were already closed . If you want pizza between 9pm and 10pm good luck. These guys don’t want to work and obviously just want to take home free pizza . I literally sat in the parking lot until closing ordering from Pizza Hut and leaving a review and they didn’t even have a pick up order until they locked the doors . Turned away multiple people and then took home like 6 pizzas.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars i would definitely do it. This location always has the worst customer service. I arrive to this location at 9:25pm trying to buy a pizza and the employees had a sign saying
“only accepting online orders”. I walked in and the employee said they are only accepting online orders because they close at 9:30pm. Clearly it wasn’t even 9:30pm and second the original closing time is 10pm. I asked the employee ill buy the pizzas you have in the oven. Employee responded “i cant sell you those” i guess that was their free night meal to take home. Who ever owns this franchise needs to have a chat with their employees.

I really don’t understand how the management could not care about this franchise. This is a total disaster. I too gave the a second chance when I seen the commercial about the new Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni…this is how they advertised it:
A large Pepperoni pizza topped with over 100 crispy old world Pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust.
As you will see by the picture it was not even cooked.. the crust was still doughy and not even caramelized. My wife just throw it in the oven and finish cooking it.. she said don’t complain because if they make you another one they will probably spit in it for complaining.. that’s how this place is ran.. no way is there any kind of management, supervision, or anyone who even cares about the quality.. how come management doesn’t even answer any of these complaints??  Because they don’t give a crap .. we’ll I guess they are giving us crap..CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
