2 stars only for service. Fried chicken was dry, drinks too perfume-y, and the jianbing just … didn’t taste good. Also had issues with the self ordering system not connecting to the payment system, and this is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1, after one of the employees fixed it, the manager(?) came by and stayed to make sure we got our order in.

Waiting unexpectedly longer after the order was submitted through the touch screen machine. No place to sit but narrow hallway

Ordered here for the first time since they switched to the back half of the building. There’s no where to wait for your drinks besides a small hallway or outside next to dumpsters in a parking lot. It smelled. There’s nobody to take our order, you need to order on a machine- the touch screen was broken so we had to order online because nobody was at the “counter”. I don’t think the workers realized we had submitted an order until they already had it for 10 minutes. Once they saw it they were pretty quick to bring it out.

Great drinks and snacks. I frequently get the Thai Tea, which is very good here. (I recommend cream instead of milk, 50% sweet, with boba.) The strawberry green tea is pretty good too. Note that K Tea is now located behind the building; the front is now Mayan Kitchen.

Online/in-store kiosk ordering available. I ordered the cheese garlic noodle, Hot and Sour noodles, Fried chicken bao bun, and Crispy Chicken bowl. The crispy chicken bowl doesn’t include eggs as advertised on their picture menu. The rice included in the crispy chicken bowl seem like day old rice since some parts of it was a bit hard. Cheese garlic noodle seemed dry and was thinking it would be cheesy but its (assuming) parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The biggest let down was the hot and sour noodles(its just sour, no other flavor). The fried chicken bao bun was better than the rest that was ordered but not enough to want seconds. Lastly, the portions are small for the cost.
