I’m sitting here waiting for a waitress or waiter to come up and at least get my drink order for almost 20 minutes now. Do not go here if you want to get out in a reasonable time.
Visited Johnny’s on Halloween night after my wife had a craving for pizza. We had never been to Johnny’s before and wanted to try something new. We placed an order online for pickup.
The Parking: Free parking
The Service: When I picked up my order, the young lady was friendly.
The Atmosphere: It’s a pizza bar. Take that for that you want. It’s a restaurant, but has a strong feeling of a bar. It’s not too loud, so you could definitely have a nice time.
The Food: We ordered a medium Meat Deluxe Pizza ($19.79). A medium is 12″ and large is 16″ ($24.99). The pizza was very good but smaller than expected. We had enough for three slices each. Neither here nor there, the pizza was good.
Tonight I placed a large order for pickup. Person who took my order was friendly and thorough. I arrived 10 minutes early for pickup and my food was not only ready on time, all the special requests I made were handled correctly. Kudos on the attention to detail and the prompt, courteous service! And the food was fantastic!
This location serves UNDERCOOKED pizza…for the second time. They also are overcrowded in the kitchen and don’t put effort in the quality of food served. Very dissatisfied.
Love the ambience, love the service and LOVE the food. Huge slices packed with flavor. I wish I could eat here every single day. Def order the garlic knots – you won’t regret it.
Good pizza and great service by an awesome staff. It really doesn’t matter if we eat in, take out or have delivered. Johnnys in Grayson always is on point and has been forever.
I ordered delivery via Door Dash. The pizza came much earlier than promised. It was HOT and FRESH. A great tasting pie. I look forward to ordering again!
I had a company at my work place and thought we tried this place out. It came out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Hardly any grease on any pizza’s we’ve picked up (that means they are using fresh ingredients). Our pizza’s were Buffalo Chicken, Deluxe, and Hawaiian. Personally one of the better pizzas I’ve had in this surrounding area. I will come again
Place is lively, service friendly but getting your food could be awhile. It’s also very loud with the high, open, metal ceiling. Bathrooms need attention. Although “pizza” is in the name of the restaurant, I recommend the calzone. It is very good. Hopefully, we just caught them on a bad day.
