I found two hairs in my sandwich! I love jimmy johns and I get that this happens, I was going to let the one slide but TWO?! Come on now y’all can be more careful than that
First time ordering from this particular Jimmy John’s. I ordered delivery on their app. I love being able to customize my order. I’m a big fan of their spicy peppers- yum!
The delivery was super fast. I ordered the tuna sub and it was delicious and a great price! I like ordering the giant sub so I can eat it for two days.

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Worst customer service at this location. Owner and general manager are horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Lots of other options out there where they don’t treat people like trash.
Be sure to give an hour cushion from when you want the food. Takes an hour for a delivery.
Placed an order for 1 sandwich at 11:46am, it is currently 1:41pm and still nothing. I called the store and was put on hold for several minutes, had to take another call so I hung up. Called again and was finally able to speak to someone, and he tells me it should be on the way but he has several other deliveries to make in my area. Why that’s my concern I’m not sure… All I was offered was, “Uh sorry, it should be there soon.” That was 45 over minutes ago and again, still no sandwich. Going on about 2 HOURS now. Will definitely NOT be ordering from this store again.
Jimmy John’s is always one of my favorite places when I’m craving a sandwich but I was a little skeptical because of the reviews. However I took a chance and stopped by to get my choice sandwich, a turkey tom. Not only was the sandwich made to perfection, the customer service was outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and treated with kindness from the beginning to the end of my visit. I’ll be back. Service for one person can be totally different for another. Give them a try and enjoy a quick service, clean and friendly environment and then go home and enjoy a delicious sandwich with your favorite toppings. Great job Jimmy John’s.
I know this is a huge chain and I don’t agree with the founders ideas or actions. I order from this place because it is so freaking fast! I know it’s their slogan but we all know most of the time that doesn’t mean anything. These guys are quick, friendly and accurate. It is my go to for a fast eat.
Normally when I order JJ the food is fast and fresh. Today I ordered my food to be delivered by 11:30 AM. It didn’t reach me until Noon. When I finally received it, I unwrapped it and it was soaked through with nothing but Mayo and Creamy Pepper sauce. There was no chicken, no peppers and it had onions which I specified I didn’t want. After taking out the onions I though I could salvage what was in there and two bites in more onion. I started to feel sick 5 minutes later from this unwhich. I tried to call the store and kept getting a busy signal. I paid for a fresh 5 minute delivery and received an oversauced nasty unwhich that made me puke my head off. I dont know who made this sandwich, but it definitely wasn’t the person who usually makes my sandwiches.
I just had to call the police on the jimmy john’s delivery guy after he verbally assaulted me and screamed for me to come outside and fight him…… because I didn’t leave a tip because the delivery took an hour and thirty minutes…. me and my significant other are actually scared he might come back and try to hurt us now and aren’t sure what to do about it….
