Can I specifically say that I was already having a bad day and just wanted to eat and go home even though i didn’t order ahead of time. When i walked in, Briana gave me such a welcome greeting along with her other coworkers. Briana spoke so kind and softly as i waited for my sandwich and it was done within minutes and i was out the door. So thank you Briana and crew for making the Costco traffic kinda worth it haha 🙂
I think this is absolutely hilarious. Why Charge customers extra if you’re not gonna give them the full value. Don’t add on the mushrooms waisting money
Don’t order salads for delivery. You pay the same price for a regular sandwich as you do for a salad and you would think that the employees would understand that you aren’t getting bread and that salads should probably consist of more lettuce than you put on a sandwich. Well these employees didn’t understand that, or more so probably don’t give a shit. They knew it was a delivery order and were probably just trying to push it out the door. Wimpy salads that I ended paying way, way too much for if you include DoorDash fees. Lesson learned. Never again. DO BETTER JERSEY MIKE’S EMPLOYEES.
Walked in was just trying to get two sandwiches and this girl had attitude from the jump. She got annoyed with anything I asked for , I couldn’t even order the other sandwich I wanted because she was just trying to get me out of her hair. I wanted a sandwich no cheese and she cut up the cheese already and I asked no cheese and she threw the cheese. After she’s finished handling me I see her walk away saying I’m done I quit as she was annoyed with making two sandwiches. If you really hate your job that much honestly just quit because if your over it from making two sandwiches you should just leave. That was so unprofessional and rude to be acting like that for no reason. She had her bangs hanging down and a annoyed face like she hated it there. Never want to experience that again .
I always go to this jersey mikes right after school. It’s is far by the best one. The workers there are very nice and it’s just a great atmosphere. The workers there know how to make my sandwich because I always go there . Over all I love this place
Came here with my girlfriend after the gym , the guy with the piercing on his nice super nice and the girl that was working with him was nice as well , got my sandwich’s sat down in the lobby to eat then one of the workers maybe Jose? He had these big diamonds in his ears . He was on his break then walked back and the girl that was working I’m assuming she was a lead told him that it wasn’t 30 minutes he said he didn’t wanna take his break because he was bored . He was being really annoying being all load , probably thought he was funny . It was getting to a point when I couldn’t even enjoy my food I just wanted to tell him something then he started making food without an apron on and I SWEAR ! He didn’t even wash his hands . Just sucks because I feel bad for the other two workers . Still will come here but if I see him I’m walking right out !
I received my food and there was a note that said “lol pranked you.” It was wrapped up several times and when I finally saw it, it was only 2/3rds and sandwich. I also received no chips and did not get a refund. The wrapping could have been funny but the missing piece of sandwich and no chips was too far. I paid for this through DoorDash and did not get my money back. This experience was so bad I came to vent on Yelp.
I tried placing an order at 8:40pm; 20 minutes before they closed and they had the audacity to tell me the grill was turned off already. I was still 3 minutes away from the store when placing an order and when I arrived to get a cold sandwich; they were already closed and it was barely 8:45pm….

I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s. This location BY FAR is the best one! Service and so fast that I literally been coming here almost everyday for the past 3 weeks. lol
Other location cheap out and only have 1 or 2 people running the place. This location has 5-6 and everyone is on there A game
I can’t stand waiting 15 mins for food.

Amazing food Service from Natalie and destiny had a larger order and they got it done!! Last minute but great food!! Metro Honda. Rock stars. 35 sandwiches done.
