This is one of my favorite hole in the wall restaurants. They always have the best southern style home cooking. It’s family owned by the sweetest people.
Guys I have been recovering from type A flu and nothing has been good to eat. I doordashed 3 (THREE) orders of their banana pudding yesterday. It was the absolute best thing I’ve probably ever eaten in my life. I feel like I have made a discovery here lol. The pinto beans are also probably the best I have ever had. You can’t find better food in town this is THE spot
Love going to Jeff’s. Good country cooking big portions and a super nice bunch of folks. I would recommend this place to anyone
Omfg u just finished lunch, Brisket, the wife got the catfish. That is by far the BEST catfish I EVER did eat. And the brisket was fall off the fork tender. The BBQ sauce was rich and creamy. And I’m not usually one for country gravy, but their mashed taters and gravy is phenomenal!!!! We WILL be returning. The wait staff is sweet and wonderful. I can’t wait to see them again.
I love a good Southern, down home, country cooking joint and this one is now high on my list of favorites. We live about 35 mins from Murfreesboro but come out somewhat regularly. I found this place on a google search and it did not disappoint. Our son had the fried chicken, my husband had the ribs and I got meatloaf; all of which were amazing. Sides were delicious as well. My husband also ordered the 80 yo recipe pound cake which was so good but the sweet older lady (I think maybe the momma) came over and asked if she could warm it up for him because it’s better that way. She was right and she even brought some chocolate syrup to share with us because she said that is her favorite way of eating it. It was amazing! We came on a Sunday after church and on the way to an event in the area. So glad we tried it. I can’t wait to go back on other days to get to try all their other daily specials. Jeff’s is deffinitely worth the 35 min. drive out there. As an added bonus, there are Christian quotes and sayings from the parking lot to all over the restaurant. I definitely got the feeling they were brought up with strong family values. Oh, and get the homemade lemonade and fruit tea; both are so good!
My son wanted homecooking so we googled and found Jeff’s. Delcious! Just what we were looking for. Real homecooked food. Staff very friendly. We will enjoy meals there again.
