walked in and was 2nd in line, took 20 mins to finally get my order because there was only 1 worker at 11am saturday. they were also out of soy milk and classic sandwhich. prices were also all over the place and not correct. lady in front of me was also confused because she was charged $8.99 but clearly said $7.99 on the menu. i also grabbed smart water that said $2.99 but was charged $3.99… schedule more employees please!!! and without fail theres always some crackhead hanging in the front, not jambas fault but crackhead central forsure
It’s amazing it was good service was great and I love this place you should go there and it’s ridiculous that I have to make this review long for it to post so I’m just writing whatever now
Like Always they’re the best there is 2 workers in there now, I don’t know their names but I love to see them and they love to see me because I get the same thing all the time !!!
Always get great service here in the mornings! The drinks come out fast but now the air conditioning isn’t working (for 3 days) and you’re going to lose the only good worker you have! He’s alone, it’s super busy, and very hot, not cool JJ!!
The drug addict out of his mind.
I walked in and saw an unhoused person sitting in front of the register mumbling. First thought was thinking it was a little odd, but maybe the employees were being nice and letting him get away from the heat for a bit. Right before I could order my usual orange c booster no bananas sub strawberries, the mumbling turned into a loud satanic language with rhythmic terror screams tossed in. I proceeded to order my drink with the shrieks continuing right behind me. I kind of wanted a pretzel too but it was a little hard to order with how loud it was, like trying to order a drink during a metal concert. I moved over to the side and waited for my drink as one of the employees approached me asking about my day. We had a pleasant conversation while trying to decipher the devil language. The man did point at me and scream for a bit just before I got the drink, I like to think I got a sick shout out as a farewell.
In all seriousness. Those three employees should not have had to deal with that as I’m sure it was a frightening experience. Thank you for going to work and contributing to society. Just my two cents to management to protect the employees: Lock the door and have an order window to avoid that from happening again.
Love me a Jamba !! So refreshing, filling, and a very easy go to! Never dissatisfied when choosing to come to Jamba Juice. I absolutely love the seasonal watermelon breeze .
Jun14 12:30, I felt down with the girl work here . After pay my bowl, I asked for little bit extra honey, i just think it’s not big deal with the almost 10$ bowl just little honey.
She told me: “You should tell me that before you pay”,
me :” oh sorry, I always here to get it and no one say it to me”
she:” yea, but you have to do it before bcz anything add more you pay extra okay”
me:” oh ok, so no need then”
later on, she still put a lot a lot a lot of honey on the top like soup, like “here if you want” … beside that the bananas r on my bowl kinda old.
After that conversation, I feel like I’m a cheap customer ever. Sigh, I just was back here every lunch lately and i feel bad again!
Used mobile app to place an order and walked in when they said it would be ready. My smoothie was ready and waiting in the cooler. I really can appreciate the switch to using paper versus plastic, if you are dining in. A drink that has to sit in paper is not a good combination. When I picked it up, as soon as I walked out the door the cup collapsed and slipped out my hand. Green smoothie everywhere, including on me. I was lucky I was wearing dark pants, so it wasn’t that bad. Cheers to the young lady the made me another smoothie.
Lalie was so nice this morning I had to come say so. It honestly makes such a big difference when staff is happy to be there and knows what they’re doing, especially in the morning. She helped me and made my drink while helping the next customer. Definitely will return on Sunday mornings.
This is my new favorite Jamba. I’ll be sticking to this one from now on even though it’s a little out of my way. The service is always good here, I’ve been here a couple times now and everyone is always polite. The tall girl with the short hair is super fast at making the drinks and seems to remember names of customers, she greeted someone by name when he came in and made small talk with a couple people. Overall a very friendly vibe that you don’t really get at other locations. It helps that they aren’t very busy so the employees can take the time to treat every customer like an individual. Only four stars because it seems like they raise the prices again every time I come in and they’re always out of something, but thats the fault of the company not the employees. My strawberry banana smoothie was great and the service made it better. Large smoothies are nearly $8 now so I suggest this location over anywhere else because the service and the consistent quality of the drinks makes it worth the money, its not the same at other locations.
