Don’t come here. Never gave us our card back when we ordered our food. When we asked for it the lady was rude yelling that she gave it back. Then when we asked for the manager the employees refused to get her saying she was busy and were upset that we were holding up their line. I mean it’s Jack in the box so you don’t expect much, but the still should still be some customer service.
AMAZING drive thru service!! The man at the window on Dec. 23rd at around 12:45pm had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Food was great and we got through the drive through fast!!
I drive By at 7:50 p.m. on a friday to get my family some food and they said that they were closed…. terrible customer service what’s going on ?
When i got here to order the manager in charge was very rude . She did not get my order correct and i was missing one taco from the 12 tacos that i had order . She had rushed me and parked me on the side . Which I understand to keep there window times down . The cashier that charged me was very nice and fixed my order . But the one thing i really needed with my tacos were hot sauce will not come back here
i asked for a large curly fry and they didn’t give it to me, the rest of the order was good which was a teriyaki bowl and a spicy jack burger combo. even the teriyaki bowl didn’t come with the fork it’s supposed to come with. the food is good but make sure you guys check your bag before leaving the drive through because the workers are a little slow. it was my first time here at this jack in the box and i am disappointed.
Alright service and the food is just ok.
Open late so it’s convenient too.
I just hate that they don’t cook their tacos right.

There was nothing special about the experience that we had here. We went through the drive thru, we ordered what we wanted, and the received what we ordered. Who’d a thunk it, we actually got what we ordered
Employees need to lean how to treat the customers better. Went through the drive through today for lunch and I ordered a Dasani Strawberry water with my combo. The last two times I came in they gave me carbonated water, which I don’t drink, so this time I tried it at the window before leaving. Of course it was carbonated, so I told the girl at the window and she said that’s all they had, I said I’ve gotten the regular water before so she went back to the machine and found it. She gave me the new water and when I went to give her back the old cup she said “you can keep it”. I said that I don’t want it because I don’t drink carbonated drinks. She said “well I can’t take it back from you”, so I had to hold the drink all the way back to work (my drink holder was full) just to throw it away in my own trash. They don’t even provide a trash can out side of the drive through, so i could toss it in there. Very inconvenient for the customer and the employee could care less.
Yes, folks. Listen (yes, I said “listen”) to these reviews. Just ordered a double chicken sandwich and bacon cheddar fries and ABSOLUTELY NONE of it tasted fresh or freshly made. The best thing about my meal was the lemonade. SMH! If you want to know what a MUSHY chicken sandwich tastes like then they absolutely have what you’re looking for! Disappointing for a JIB because I usually love their chicken sandwiches. Here’s hoping I don’t get sick!
People here are rude. The girl in drive-thru had an attitude.. when I had to come back for an item that she forgot to put in my bag. Then she gonna go and slam her drive-thru window like I did something wrong. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, or even try and make it right. Never again.
