There is no hamburger like in and out hamburger!!!!
They have the but prices and the best tasting hamburger.
I prefer to go inside and order because the drive thru is way to long .
The shakes are very good but to thick like ice cream.
Best cheese fries, Ever. The extra-crispy crunch is there when you order them “Well done” . Also, with no salt added – the cheese is lightly salty as is. Absolutely delicious. Very kind workers and place is always a relaxed vibe every time I dine here. Glad to be a local
I’m really only dinging this location for how backed up the drive thru gets. If you’re not starving, there are a few other In-N-Outs in the area. I would just go to one of those. The drive thru wraps around so easily that it often blocks the flow of traffic throughout the rest of the parking lot (the Costco gas backup doesn’t help that either) but it also makes it tough to get into the parking lot for In-N-Out or the Petco across the way. I highly recommend, if you must eat here, to plan on going in to order to go and to park across the way in the Costco parking area and just walk over. It’ll save you plenty of time.
With that said, when you get in and get your food, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is as good as you would expect from any other In-N-Out. I just feel like with the other 2-3 locations I can think of in this general vicinity, the drive thru backup is enough to put this location at the bottom of that list.
Love the burgers here it’s just sometimes service is hit or miss mostly miss but the food makes up for it. Also sometime they are forgetful on some items I order. But than again it’s fast food so I’m not gonna really hold you up to high standards. I just want my burger and what I ordered to be correct.
Of frequent this place because it’s always on point, fresh courteous
If they have one hundred stars or more they would go beyond that and more they have the best hamburger in California no one can tip that yummmmmmmmmmmy!
I came to this location Monday night and had an amazing exchange with Gabe in the drive thru. He was very friendly when taking my order and made the experience of going to in n out all the more better! You should give this man a raise! The food was spot on as always. 😀
Great place. Surprisingly good for the price.
Polite and friendly, fast and accomodating.
I recently went to this in n out at night time and the drive thru employee, Ricardo A has great customer service. He had a smile on his face and came to my car with a positive attitude. Very humorous and friendly to everyone in the car. Would most definitely recommend going to this in n out just for how he treats guest of the establishment.
I’ve been coming here FOR YEARS.
For the last year, however, these employees have really flopped on their service and quality.
I don’t know if it’s because these new Millenials are just horrible workers or if they genuinely don’t care about being inclusive with all their customers.
Not only do these clowns ALWAYS screw up my order, light Animal Fries with a 3×3 and raw onions, but now they have racist ass Latinas working here.
The animal fries came out BURNT. Even though I asked for them to be LIGHT.
SERIOUSLY?
The girl who took my order, BRYANNA, was a Hispanic girl with food all over her shirt and pants, and wore a mask. She was RUDE AS FK to me. I watched her for over 40 minutes. And EACH Hispanic customer she got she was OVER THE TOP pleasant and welcoming. She asked every SINGLE one of them I’d they wanted to “eat here”. But the non-hispanics, she went out of her way to say “you want it to go right?”
What thr HELL happened to In n Out
I’m never coming back to this shtty@$$ location again
