Lisa, Chad and team do a killer job. Great bagels and cream cheese to bring home and prepare… what more could I ask for from a bagel shop. Breakfast sandwiches are great too!

Person taking phone orders is always rude. Food is good but they don’t deserve the business. Support another business that treats their customers better
The bagel sandwiches are good if they are made correctly. Past 3 orders that were placed online and picked up were all missing additional, paid for, items. Check your orders before leaving the store.
Horrible customer service.
Wasted my time drove 30 minutes to this place that closes at 2 arrived around 12:30 and they said they are not accepting anymore orders.
Came here on a Sunday to get a breakfast sandwich and promptly left. Guy told me it would be an hour wait for any breakfast sandwich. Just a heads up if you want to eat here you have to call your order in ahead of time and pick up to go.
