Food is good like at every location, but the ketchup was empty, the napkin stack only had two left and I had to ask for more, and the soda area and tables weren’t very clean. We were the only customers there, so it’s not like they were busy.

Food was mediocre, nothing special. The location was out of utensils and cup lids, bathroom was also locked, or out of service… Not a pleasant experience at all

Low energy from the guys/staff. I asked a recommendation for shakes I could bearly get a response.

Meh. Focus seemed to be the amount of meat… Rest of the burger was unremarkable. Fries barely reached top of the cup. Restaurant was dirty. In-n-out is more consistent and better value.

No more peanuts? Dry overcooked patties. Minuscule amounts of bacon onions and lettuce. Slow service. Water all over the floor by the Soda machine. Some kind of sticky substance on the ketchup packets. And 10 dollars for a burger. What happened to them?

This Five Guys is terrible for delivery orders. I was waiting for over 30 min to pick up a delivery order. I asked the employees twice for an update and both times they said it would be out soon. I eventually dropped the order because it was not worth it to keep on waiting indefinitely for Five Guys to make the food.

Good hamburgers, great fries, best part I can get my burger lettuce wrapped with fresh, crisp lettuce and it’s not like a big deal to do this. The customer service was spot on. Burger are usually ready in six to eight minutes. An order of small fries is actuallyrie bigger because they always throw on an extra half scoop of fries! Always enjoy my burger and fries when eating here.

Great. A step up from a fast food burger. Although you do pay a premium, However I feel it’s worth the extra money. Fries are great on par or better then all fast food and that includes In and Out. Ordering on the app for walking pickup is the way to go. Also great shakes. Keep it up 5 guys. Your doing great burger work.

It doesn’t get any better than this for a guy like me who wants bacon on their burgers. In ‘n out is tasty and quick, but i prefer five guys…the good does come with a higher calorie count if anyone cares about that aspect.
