All I can do is say, Yummy !!! The subs are fresh and the ingredients are Awesome The Staff is Very Nice Check it out!!! I’m from NYC but this place is Good!!!!!!!!
I ordered a 4″ tuna and an 8″ Firehouse Hero for delivery. Both sandwiches arrived in the bag. Neither of the sandwiches had a pickle with them (as stated on the site). I believe the pickles may have been taken out by the Grubhub driver (or his passenger – who actually brought the bag to my door) as the bag was not sealed and there were greasy finger all over the top of the bag.
The sandwiches were delicious and I will order them again but not through a delivery service. I am only rating this order 3 stars as I don’t know if the pickles were not included or they were stolen by the driver/passenger.
I will update this review after I go to Firehouse in person and try their food again.
Just a quick review here – I usually order online for pick up at this location. Today I didn’t and went inside and I need to say – Dalton is crushing it here! Great customer service, polite, engaging, etc. Everything you want in a customer-facing employee. He even got me to round up to donate to a good cause.

The people at this location were not friendly at all today. They hardly said anything other than to disagree with me about something regarding my order and to quietly thank me for the tip. They just stared at me and made me feel like I was in the wrong place. No one was wearing masks, and the sandwich builder put on his mask while I was looking at him. Then turned his head and coughed into it. This location is off my list. Too bad I like a couple of their subs. These people had some kind of problem, and I don’t need that in my life these days. I was just getting lunch to take home. I’ve been coming here for about a year but didn’t like how they handled safety during the pandemic, so I stopped. I should have stayed away.
I do deliveries from here every now and again. The staff is super fast and happy! The smell when you enter will overwhelm you with happiness! I never used to enjoy Firehouse until I came here. What a great restaurant with an even greater cause!
My family loves this place. The quality of the food is incredible. The staff is always touch and go. Some nights you’ll get decent folks who are friendly. Some nights you’ll get folks who aren’t.
Absolutely the worst firehouse I have ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich. This is not a sit down restaurant. Completely unacceptable, if you want to stop here for lunch while at work do not come here. I wish I would have seen other reviews before I stopped in.
Friendly enough staff, but the food service was slower than normal for a Firehouse Subs. The new Jamaican Jerk Turkey was worth it though!
Worst Firehouse yet! I will NOT be back.
I could have gone to Mc Donald’s and not have waited 25 minutes
They were sooooo slow a turtle would be faster
They did all the online orders before doing ANY walk-in orders so the rest of us had to wait
I saw three people take orders back up because they were not right
You need to hire more people in a busy location for Friday so that at least one can work on Restaurant orders or walk-in in take outs. Ridiculous !!
And the places wasn’t even that busy when I Walked in there – impeccably slow
Impeccably slow service. I waited at the ordering counter for 10 min before someone even asked for my order. This was during a non-busy time of day and I expected the service to be a little more prompt. After finally placing my order, and waiting to place my order, I waited a total of 20 minutes with no other customers in the store.
